I purchased a battery and asked for help installing it. The associate had a very “can do” attitude. It was difficult to get to the old battery because of its placement, but the associates seemed to do a great job helping each other out to make it happen. I would definitely go back.

The staff was helpful and was able to resolve my issue. I would recommend.

The nicest young man named Lantz helped me today at the Nolensville AAP. Had to install a new battery and he took care of everything. Very friendly and provided service with a smile.

They had an intake hose, for my air filter. And even put it on for me. I am so thankful. When you are a senior woman it's hard to do somethings like that. I so appreciate when good people and companies help me out like that. Thank you so much. Karen

Every time I go, they are always really good welcoming me to the store and asking me what I need. It seems like customer service has greatly improved. It’s a really convenient location and speed perks are a huge plus.

The guys here are AMAZING. The wife & I were 5 hours away from home celebrating our 26th anniversary when our rental car broke down. Not only did they help us get back on the road they were very patient & understanding. I would recommend this store to anyone.

We go here often and have always had good, kind, and informative help. The folks here really know what they're doing, and they've never made me feel like an idiot for asking questions (I'm so girl!). These folks are great, and my husband (former diesel machanic) trusts them.

The battery in my cars fob was dying and the clerk behind the counter came around and help me get the correct size.. I didn't want to be caught with a Dead Fob!!!!

Isn't the biggest store, but they get the job done when they are able to. If you remember what they do and what they can't, you will always have a good experience here. It is important to remember that they are an auto parts store so they can't do everything but they are always helpful when they can!

My car's exhaust pipe kept slipping out of it's little plastic thingy so I went to advance auto to see if there was anything that could keep it in there. BJ came to my rescue! He went out of his way to try all sorts of different screws, and other things that I don't know anything about, till he finally found one that fit! And when I say "he went out of his way," I really mean it! He was at it for at least 30 minutes!
