They always have amazing hot chocolate. Today, their hot chocolate machine was broken, so after spending 20 minutes trying to fix it, they hand made it, and gave it to us free. They were so kind and caring, and were genuinely trying to help.

Super friendly staff and always great fresh products! Lovely addition to Nolensville!

It seems this location is unconcerned with contacting their drink vendors because they are always completely out of everything. I went in a few days ago and they only had red Gatorade filled in all the spots where the other flavor should be because they never call their drink vendors to replenish their stock. I’ve been desperately awaiting for the new Red Bull to arrive at this location but they can’t even keep their regular inventory stocked.

Convenient, clean and nice store. But it's embarrassing to pump gas with the TV advertising BLASTING. It's seriously too loud. Makes me not want to get gas here. Mute it and put some good content on there... We won't be able to stop watching. But currently it's awful content and wayy too loud.

LOUDEST SPEAKERS! Price of gas is a little high here but much worse is the extremely loud advertising blaring from TVs. We hate the TV advertising to begin with, but I should at least be able to talk or hear myself think! Advertising is so loud it competes with the music inside my car!

I was in there yesterday they where out of egg rolls ..the man behind the counter told me the be here tomorrow.... I called an placed an order waited 10 minutes drive over when in an he said I dropped the ball on this... They did not have any... I told him you should know what you have in your store..

First off visited this store with my kids today 2/17/2024. As we was down the candy isle there was literally a rat on top of the milk way candy eating thru it. I told the staff there and the reportedly said oh yeah that’s Harold we can’t get him out. This is the most disgusting 🤮 mess ever.
I would advise anyone to not eat anything from this store since it’s okay for Harold (the mice) to hand out and eat thru candy. Health department being notified FDA @shells as a company needs to address this expeditiously!!!!!!!

Twice daily they were very rude and disrespectful. That is why I choose to go 7 eleven Convenience stores And honestly I don't think they deserve one star. But I had to give a star in order to give my review.

The clerk refused to sell me one can of beer 15 minutes before midnight. She was very rude and said I should have purchased it sooner. I told her I just got off work but she still refused.

I looked on website for a 24 hr place. New to area. Website lies..not open after 10pm! I can not stand misleading websites to hook you and then disappoint ! Annoying
