Lina was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. She definitely had experience and was willing to help me save money and choose my best options. I went in wanting a phone and left happy with that and more including AirPods and an Apple Watch thanks to the promotions she told me about. It was a fun experience. She keeps it real.

Lina at North Riverside store was awesome customer service and problem solver . She was helpful and knowledgeable on everything. Thank you for assisting my daughter new phone purchase and setup. I previously had T-Mobile I transferred to AT&T and Isaiah helped very thoroughly with my purchase. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. He went above and beyond and appreciated the whole process. I would recommend him to anyone that needs any service. Also has a great personality which made the process even smoother.

My phone was busted for about a year and Lina came in and sat down and took the time to get my phone working properly. She was helpful and conversational the entire time and I’d definitely recommend her and the store again!

We went in there to upgrade our phones and were assisted by the store associate Miguel, who explained the different upgrade options in a friendly, direct and efficient manner, and left with two new phones and a better plan. Would definitely return to this location if needed!
