Thank you to Abigail for saving the day. Abigail went out of her way of helping me find a charger for my phone. Not knowing the difference between a C charger and a regular port. This place was great a year ago when it re opened with a 7 Eleven but it’s going downhill fast. It’s not clean anymore, The curbs are dirty. There is never a receipt that the machine can give you. It always tells you you have to see the cashier and the gas comes out really slow the past few weeks literally 10 minutes to fill up my car where elsewhere less than five. Pay attention to your place peeps.

I was excited when this store was getting built. Last Sunday September 10 will be the last time I go. The customer service is horrible. Girls are rude and on their phone. Coffee was out and when I told the girl with the big eyelashes behind the counter she shrugged her shoulders. Judging by the ratings for this store they need to hire new people. Js

they don’t know what they’re selling you AND they put their number in to gain points off of your purchases. I went in to buy a pod and device pack, they gave me just the device and didn’t want to honor their mistake. I will be calling corporate about them gaining points off customer’s purchases because it’s against their policy.

3am a Pink hair person was starring me down outside the store while I parked murmuring that I had somehow insulted them. I waved from my seat and was met with a mean grill. I go in for my purchase and this person was the cashier. I quietly pay for my items amd they are just grilling me with a disgusted look. I say thank you amd walk out as they just keep scolding me. Very unsettling experience

I have used my EBT card in WPB but this store don't except it..So the Short girl in the front register with the spiders on her eyes, gave me attitude because I asked her how much would she charge me to use the. So she said why will I charge to use the microwave and she starts talking and running her mouth giving me attitude it was just a question very rude, definitely no customer service and always has a nasty attitude every time I come here the other girls don't give me attitude or anything like that. If you don't like your job or you don't know how to deal with people I suggest you don't come to work.

The problem is always the same, it ends up being repetitive to keep saying the same things as other reviews but unfortunately they need to hear the truth... Rude employees, poorly trained, always with an ugly face. Anyway, unhappy people who shouldn't be working because they make a bad impression on customers. It is very unpleasant to meet people like that during the day. I'm very happy when I don't have to go into the store! 🙏🏻

I'm not sure if she gave me the right name, but kristiana was extremely rude to my wife, horrible customer service at this location. Stay away from this 7/11 as they hire horrible people who don't deserve a job.

Went to get a coffee this morning on 10UAG22 and the employee that was working was just bad overall, The first issue was that he was wearing beats headphones and when anybody spoke to him he had to take his headphone off as ear and he definitely looked frustrated and did not want to talk to anybody. I understand it is a five in the morning but that is no reason to have your beats headphones on both your ears not to listen to the customers. I highly suggest that someone from the company come to the 7:11 in the morning so they can see what I am talking about. He also never asked if I wanted to put my phone number so I lost points for that. And when I put my credit card I was waiting for a receipt or I was waiting for her to say you were good he just stood there with a blank face until I looked at him and I said I’m
Good? and all he did was shake his head as if I was supposed to read his mind, I understand it’s very hard to hire good working people nowadays, there’s got to be a limit to who we hire because it’s individual that work today at five in the morning was a horrible employee.

Today I just had the worst experience of my life, I don't like to leave bad reviews but this time I see it as necessary so that maybe the 7-11 management can do something about it and be more critical when it comes to hiring their employees , Cristiana the cashier, she yelled at me very aggressively from across the store when I opened a small bottle of milk to pour into my coffee, accusing me of "always" doing that, when I hardly ever visit that 7-11 because it's out of my way to work, she was extremely rude even after I apologized and told her I didn't knew and that I will pay for the milk she just kept yelling very loud causing a very awkward situation for me and the rest of the customers in the store, this woman needs to learn some customer service skills if she is going to treat with people, she is one of the faces of the store (7-11) and she is leaving the name of this store and this location in particular in a very bad way, very unpleasant experience.
