McDonald's

Restaurant is clean, employees are upbeat with good chemistry, and we had some of the best fast food burgers and fries we’ve had in forever. Fries were very hot and perfectly salted. Burgers were neatly assembled with the cheese melted. Our orders were correct and came out quickly. We ordered McCafé drinks to go which were hot and made well. Bathrooms were nice and clean!

It’s 9:45 am; breakfast is almost over, meaning the rush to switch over is normal. This has got to be the friendliest and helpful McDonalds crew I have ever encountered traveling. First, Ms Peggy waited for me to scoot to outside door to let m in. I didn’t know she saw me get out of truck. Next Ms Peggy opened bathroom door where we encountered another lady cleaning bathroom with purpose. That young lady opened the handicap stall door and made sure I was ok. It took me some time to finish because I have mobility issues. I came out to finding Ms Peggy waiting for me. I commented, “oh sorry I didn’t know you were waiting.” She had left and came back which tells me that she has helped women before. I am a baby boomer and I would say she has a few more years on me. We believe that the older women staff made the difference in the atmosphere tone. I can’t remember the other ladies names, hopefully this scan code will identify the counter staff.

Big Mac! Heck! Why not! I did not know what we were going to eat for dinner. I have not eaten a Big Mac in a very long time. My husband couldn't believe I was serious with this choice. It was a little messy, but taste as I remember. We were a little baffled that our fries came in a tray instead of individually packed. My husband did not like that, but I let him have most of the fries.

Waited quite a while on order. Was told waiting on fresh fries, but when we got to the car and started eating on our way down highway. Fries were DEFINITELY not fresh. Other food, however, was hot & fresh. But that was kind of a disappointment.

Ordered a frappe on screen because I couldn't find iced mocha but they didn't have what they needed for the frappe and I was offered caramel but I don't like that so other options were listed and iced mocha was in that list so I was like yes! That! Great customer service I even got a large when I had ordered small. Tried biscuit and gravy for first time they give lots of gravy it was pretty good

All good here! Give them a try. Clean restrooms too.

Basic breakfast with the dog and they provide and outside area with water for the pets. Great to have that feature!!!

The lady behind the counter that day was an African American she was on it and very friendly.I like her attitude.She was professional all the way through.

I only like the sausage or bacon egg mcmuffin, it is always good!!

This is my go to McDonald's food just seem right when they do it the inside can be slow at times

I was driving through and did a mobile order. This order was served by a crew member, Patrick. His enthusiasm was contagious! He had a fantastic attitude which is what you need during a road trip. I made the assumption that he was a manager with his professionalism. He corrected me and further stated that the reason that he was able to provide great service was because he was supported by a great team! In addition to that, the food was hot and tasty. I ordered a fish filet meal.

I was very impressed was the cleanliness and promptness of the service.
The sausage egg and cheese biscuit was delicious too. Very moist. The chicken to biscuit ratio was a big off, but the flavor was still pretty good. Overall A+!

I had a great experience here this morning for breakfast. The food was hot and fresh. I received excellent customer service from Dosiah At the front counter (sorry if I spelled the name incorrectly). This is big for me because this was my first time at this location and I was impressed. The restaurant was clean as well. Another employee (gentleman) was passing through the lobby and greeted me. He also took the time to pick up some trash that was on the floor so that the place continued to have a good first impression. The drive thru was moving pretty swiftly as well. Lastly, the had water for my fur baby in the rear parking area! Throughout Covid-19 service and quality has dwindled severely so to encounter this today made my heart leap. Stopped thru for something quick on my way home from the airport and I am pleased. McDonald's can be hit or miss and in most cases what's on the sticker is not in the box. Not here! The food was perfect...exactly as ordered. This staff needs a raise for sure!

Friendly staff, fresh hot food.

Not bad service for a McDonald's. Staff is unusually pleasant and they are fairly quick at the window the majority of the time. This location stays busy due to the interstate but surprisingly they seem to handle the traffic well. Also, they do a decent job at keeping it clean.
