This place Was amazingly clean, the staff were super friendly and the diner had really good food for the right price I mean just look at this monster 1 pound burger I paid $13 for. If I’m ever in the area I will definitely be staying here for my 34 hour reset

Gross. Pimple handle was oily, all the hand sanitizer dispensers were empty. No paper towels to speak of.

Stayed at ramada hotel across the street on business. Visited the 2 gas stations across the street, qwik trip and this place. Both had stuff I wanted and needed. First couple time was perfect. Last time I ran to both gas stations, one for food and this place for cigarettes. Instead of making 2 trips we just hit both at same time. We walked to both even though it was raining. Went in as usual, food from qwik trip in hand, for our cigarettes. Cashier was rude and tossed our cigarettes hitting my wife with them! Now we only go to qwik trip! Hope it was worth the attitude!

Called ahead to see if they would be there to repair a tractor trailer tire. They told us they would be there. We showed up 30 minutes later and they were closed. We asked inside at the convenience store. They told us they would be back in 15 minutes. One hour later still there is no one here. We left and are on our way to the closest big truck tire repair 80 miles away, hoping the tire doesn't blow.

My son was on his way back to Stevens Point after a trip to Oshkosh on 1/17/15 when his car broke down in Waupaca. My wife and I drove the two hours north the next day to examine the car. Started the car and huge amounts of smoke and some oil came out of the tailpipe. Didn't want to drive it, so we drove over to Waupaca Mobil to have them tow it back to their facility. I did some research Sunday eve to see what some of the common causes were for the amount of smoke and oil. The two most common were... the engine is shot for various reasons or a blown turbo. Received a call 1/19/15 AM and was told the engine was shot. I inquired about the possibility of a blown turbo and was reassured it was the engine. The technical diagnosis was " the engine was making noise". Waupaca Mobil indicated to me there was not a used engine to be found in the area. I told them I would make arrangements to have the car towed to Waukesha where we live. Waupaca Mobil did suggest that if I wanted to sell the car, they knew of a website that I could advertise it on. I didn't ask them if they knew of anyone else in the area that could help, but at the same time they didn't offer any info either.
My mechanic assured me it was the turbo after he did compression tests on the engine. He replaced the turbo and the car runs great. The difference between installing a used engine or a used turbo on our car is anywhere between $1000 - $1500.
Hopefully we wont have a vehicle break down in the Waupaca area again, but if we do, we will not be using Waupaca Mobil.

If you are person of color I highly recommend not to visit this place as of yesterday I was not only a victim of racism and harassed but I was kicked permanently from this location! It’s 2017 and we are still focusing on labels and the skin color of the people! It’s a shame and unbelievable how 3 squad cars that’s a total of 6 officials had to come down for a simple thing that could have been and be prevented like a number change yet again this people are truly scammers and is their #1 priority! $100 is useless to me but for uneducated and unprofessional people are live to steal $100 is thousands of dollars!

I purchased a used truck in Plover. It broke down in Rochester and the dealer contracted with Waupaca Towing to tow/haul it back to Plover. I was told (by dealer) it would be picked up on Monday, but it didn't get picked up till Tuesday (adding an additional day of car rental). I had left it at a dealership in Rochester which is where it was picked up. When it arrived at the dealership in Plover, the tonneau cover had a 2-3' rip in it located up against the cab on the passenger side. The owner of the towing company said he did not believe that it happened while under their care and even if it did, they were not responsible because it could have happened just driving down the highway. He made no concessions in the rate or in making things right. The dealer said they would not take any responsibility for it....I would have to deal with the towing company directly.....so I got burned both by the dealer and the towing company!
