The staff is always fun and personable. Prices are great. Inventory is a bit of a mix but they do tend to have something of interest for everyone from clothes to snacks, and other items.

As always very nice and good prices. It's been a month since we've been there. But we'll go back

Going to a concert Thursday night and needed to find a nice pair of dress pants/leggings. Found 3 options, a cool reversible sweater, hangers and more!! 😁🥰

New store, lots of new products

I recently visited City Trends 07/02/23 around noon that day. Casual browsing new to the area, checking out all the stores. Another customer visiting the store appears to exchange some items previously purchased. Instantly an employee, I had assumed was the manager of this location belligerently started to speak from across the store in the most unprofessional manner I have ever witnessed, about who runs this store. 👀 No longer interested in the items I had selected. Thinking it’s bout to go down up in here. I come to realize the customer was actually speaking with the manager and the woman speaking was just an employee. 😲 I miss great customer service America 🇺🇸

Who ever the lady is pushing the kart dolly needs to work on her people skills if you don't like your job find a new one but this lady definitely needs to be away from customers

I literally HATEEEE this store ! I prefer the store located on Euclid ! This store NEVER wants to do their job when it comes to assisting customers especially the store manager which such a shame because if the store manager is horrible the whole store is horrible ! Citi trends in general is just nottt worth it go to Marshalls it’s next door !

just came to see it for the first time while shopping and didn’t even make it past the door with them rushing us out saying “ don’t come in if you don’t know what you want we are closing get out” horrible customer service

The store over all is nice but the customer service is absolutely terrible, when I went to check out I didn’t get a “ Hi how are you doing today” or “did you find everything alright”. Instead I get “ wasn’t that shirt on a hanger” and “where did you leave the hanger”. I work customer service myself and getting clothes not on hangers really isn’t that big of a deal. Like duh it was on a hanger.

Went to ask the employee for help and the two associates were fighting with each other. Using inappropriate language and they were close to actually fighting. EXTREMELY INAPPROPRIATE AND I FELT UNSAFE. Will not be returning. Get it together! UNACCEPTABLE!
