Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I’ve been to this location twice and my experiences were both great. The car was very clean and provided a smooth trip. Jackie’s customer service was top notch she was very friendly and had us on the road quickly. Highly recommend!

Our car was stolen on Christmas and our insurance hooked us up with enterprise for a rental. Trey helped me both times I went in. We had a really nice Camry for about a month and today I needed to extend that rental and had a toddler who wasn't cooperating. Trey did the entire transaction in the parking lot and even made the process of switching cars because the Camry needed an oil change super easy. I really really appreciate it!

The team at the downtown Des Moines location was absolutely fabulous. Trey was extremely kind and wonderful and even offered me a ride back to my house when I returned the car. Would not consider anyone but enterprise for my rental needs!

I was helped by Jacob at the Enterprise at the Des Moines, Downtown location. He was quick and very professional. Also, when my wife made the appointment, on short notice, they were quick to help us get the desired vehicle we wanted.

Renting a car while mine was unavailable went very smoothly. Tre was very quick and polite to get me on my way, and Hunter was also great at checking my rental back in when I arrived. While I hope I don't need to rent again for a while, I feel good about returning to Enterprise next time I have the need.

I like that they pick you up if needed. They were all very nice and helpful. They showed me how everything worked in the nice Chevy Blazer. Loved the vehicle.

My fiancé and I ran into truck troubles about 30 minutes away. Due to where we were at, it took us about 1.5 hours to get a ride from the gas station we were stuck to this rental car location. Jackie and Hunter were willing to stay past the closing time to make sure we got our vehicle and were very friendly and helpful once we finally arrived! Would definitely use this location again!

The vehicle wasn't anything super special but the drive was smooth and it got the job done. Customer service was fantastic! The transactions were painless. Everyone
was professional and helpful. The young gentleman that checked me out caught some cleaning that was missed and took care of the fix himself and compensated me for my time even though he was very quick. The next young gentleman that checked it in was knowledgeable and could answer the questions I had. He was also professional and respectful of my time.

Got rear ended by a distracted insured driver by Farm Bureaus. Her claim adjuster gave me a rental car through Enterprise. Surprisingly, everybody in Enterprise is super friendly and helpful. Trey helps us pick out a great rental vehicle that saves gas. Based on the level of service I received here, I felt they had an amazing manager. Although I do not wish to be involved in car accident again, I will definitely recommend people to get a rental from this Enterprise location.

Thank you to Hunter and his fellow associates for taking such great care of my needs while my car was in the shop. This is the second time I have rented from this location. Enterprise took very good care of my needs and I would definitely be back!

Pick up was quick and easy! The gentleman that assisted me was very friendly and accommodating! Drop off was just as easy with the drop box if you come after hours!

Amazing customer service. My company setup my rental for 7 days and that didn’t seem to be a problem. Went in, met with the ladies at the counter, got everything checked in, and was then given a option of vehicles we could choose from. Not a common experience from car rental companies. Very much appreciated. The gal that helped us was very respectful and kind throughout the whole process. Id return if the opportunity presents itself again

We had a need for multiple vehicles without much "lead" time and Rita was able to accommodate our needs and was great communicating via email. Experience at time of picking up and dropping off the vehicles was amazing. Thanks for great customer service.

The staff have always been very nice and helpful. I made sure to note that the last car I rented needed the windshield wipers replaced and probably a brake job. They were appreciative of the information and offered to "make up for it", but it was a minor thing to me so I didn't accept. Overall, I will continue to rent from here.

Nice people working inside. First rental we got wasn't great, but it worked. Then they upgraded us to a Ford Mustang for free and it's been amazing driving it!!!

Tre was very helpful at the Downtown Des Moines, IA location. All the staff was friendly while we waited inside, Tre did a walk-around the vehicle for damage with before signing which is not done frequently now days. The vehicle was clean and I was out in a fair amount of time. I highly recommend this location.

Jacob was a life saver. I got off work late and they closed at 5pm. I was upset and frustrated. I decided to go to Enterprise anyway just to see if I could catch someone. The guy that was washing the cars assisted me and told me not to worry. I didn't catch his name but him and Jacob was awesome. Tre came right out on my return and had me gone in less than 5 minutes. I think her name is Ruby, blonde headed lady, she's my go to when I rent cars. They really have an go out and beyond crew!! Thanks Enterprise!!
