Received help from Aziza. I had a wonderful experience and friendly staff. I had originally booked w/ Hertz. But apparently in DSM Hertz is notorious for their workers leaving early. So my family was stranded with out a rental car. We were in luck that American-Rent-A-Car was open. Not only were they open but we received top notch service and friendly service. I would not hesitate to with them and again Aziza, the person who helped us was top notch! Thank you American Rent-A-Car!

Eli made renting a car a great experience he was very caring and made sure he did everything he could to accommodate me. Eli was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was managing multiple customers at once, was accommodating, offered me water and a phone charger while I waited. He warmed up the car for me due to the freezing temps outside. Eli was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I will be utilizing this company each time I return here for work. Thank you!

Alright alright listen up. These guys are da best in the Midwest. Above and beyond any customer service experience I’ve ever had at any airport, in the nation. They gave me free chips, soda, water, candy, etc. They are far superior to any of the other big three rental companies.
