I’ve visited Westborough Lowe’s so many times! We’re in a bathroom renovation process, visiting there frequently and we’ve had good experiences there recently! I went to pick some hangers and I think the employee’s name was Ryan who has provided excellent advice on selecting the right materials for installing hooks into the tiles, which our contractor confirmed were exactly what was needed. And another day Ali assisted me in repurchasing the materials that I picked wrong and facilitated the return process, ensured me completed my shopping quickly and made it to my destination on time. I’ve had a couple more purchases in store and the personnel was always nice and helpful!

When I went to Lowe’s in Westborough, to make copies of my keys, I was warmly greeted by a store associate named Nirmala, who kindly helped me and made the process very pleasant. It’s really great to meet store associates who are so sincerely interested in being kind and helping customers.

Everytime I come I am always greeted and helped by the associates. I typically get my business decking supplies in the lumber department and I am always helped by Corey and Jaime. They are a great help. Everyone is great and with such a positive attitude. I’m not sure of the name of the Load assist man but he has been such a great help helping me get my materials along with another man from the curbside pick up whenever I order materials. Love the team.

The customer service is always professional and courteous. Whenever I have a question or need assistance there has never been a problem.

Walker and Zack of the Westboro store are huge assets, give them raises! I had multiple questions for many projects and not only did both gentlemen walk with me to the aisle to get the products, but they explained how to complete the projects and offered their advice how to avoid snafus. I’m very grateful. Great job guys, thanks again for going above and beyond. My house projects are never ending and I feel confident in your expertise to get it done!

It's Lowe's. Staff is always friendly and helpful, especially at the self checkout. It's not so huge I can't find anything. Just wish they kept the online store updated better, I literally got the last windshield wiper fluid they had, and it was on the bottom shelf, in the back, covered in dust. Also couldn't find any hybrid grass seed with clover. People are begging to diversity their laws to support local insects ecologies, like bees. Lowe's could be getting into that scene.

Lowe’s is the place to go for your home building needs. This location offers everything you need to do the job. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the products they offer. I enjoy shopping at this location.

Very helpful, non-pushy appliance salesperson and NEXT-DAY delivery and installation for Maytag Commercial washing machine. Great price, too. Installers were polite and gone in ten minutes.

I wanted to ship a very huge artwork on a crate and I had no idea how to do that. I had to palletize and ship and the size was odd to do that.
Corey, in the lumber section of Lowe’s westboro helped so much in giving suggestions on doing it . Thanks a bunch to him for his offer to help with suggestions.
I also met one more person in the Hardwares section whose name I missed to note.
He was so knowledgeable and gave me exact directions on how to do it and clearly explained every little step in detail. He even went ahead and picked up all the supplies that were needed by himself and helped me throughout the process of planning and buying !

Helpful and courteous, great place to shop for your home needs, good variety of lumber and hardware in stock, restrooms are spacious and well stocked.poop worthy, clean floors and well stocked shelves with clear labels make this store 5 stars.

Everyone here was so incredibly helpful! The paint department helped me with everything I needed to make my kitchen beautiful! When I was looking at plants, I wanted a fiddle leaf fig that was there but it didn’t look super healthy. The person in the plant department offered to reduce the price for me, which was really nice. Even the cashier was super friendly!

Lowe's was great as always. When we found out that the foam we had bought was too big to fit in the trunk of our car we went back to cut it in half and all of their staff was very accommodating.

I was looking for some replacement sandpaper for my palm sander and wasn't sure what kind to buy. Anthony at the Westborough Lowe's really helped me out by explaining what the different grits are used for and what order to use them in. My project turned out great. Thank you so much Anthony!

Great selection and very reasonable prices. Employees are always extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I love that you may ask any employee where something is, and they will always know the answer. Most often when I ask where something is located, the employees are always more than helpful, will actually walk you to the correct aisle and will help you find what your looking for! Huge time saver!

Me and my girlfriends favorite place to get plants and plant supplies. Walking thru a store like Lowe's always puts me in an upbeat, relaxed mood. Whether you're doing construction, gardening, setting up appliances etc, this store has what you need.
