My mom and I went to this Verizon store yesterday after a bad experience at a different Verizon store. Noah and Maverick were amazing!! They greeted us and immediately helped us with what we needed. They answered all of our questions and made great conversation. We left happy with new phones and the watch I've been wanting since they are running a promo. Both guys were knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. We will definitely be going back to this location and recommending it to friends and family!

I went to this Verizon location last week around 7pm to help my girlfriend get a new phone. I cannot stress enough how helpful Darius was, by far the best experience with a Verizon employee I’ve ever had!! He even stayed late to help us make sure that everything was working perfectly!! Fantastic service, I will definitely be returning to this store!

I was having problems with my bill, and needed help with new Apple watch. I bought my 13 pro at Hudson Falls. So I went back to them. I love everyone at Hudson Falls store. Especial Dylan Spicer! Who was so kind to me. And not only helped me, with all my issues. . . but also save some money every month.

Went to this store today and Erika Edwards was the easiest Verizon sales person I've ever worked with! She was so nice, answered all my questions, and got me in and out fast! thank you Erika for such a great experience. I'll definitely be back for any needs!

Renee was really helpful while my iPhone wasn’t allowing me to use it at all. She reset it and when that didn’t work she got me set up with a new phone and even taught me how to use certain function! She did it all with a smile on her face which made the time go by faster! I will surely make this store my go to from now on, even though I work closer to other places!!! Thanks again Renee- “It’s always something!” 🤣

Dylan Spicer was amazingly helpful! Finally got rid of my old Sprint/T mobile plan. Couldn't be happier!

Getting a new phone/ upgrades/ accessory, understanding your bill and or resolving technical issues can be beyond stressful( especially when you have limited time and a toddler in tow) We continue to do business through HF Verizon solely because of the welcoming and efficient service Erika has always provided . I refer everyone to her because she is nothing short of a gem in a stone industry of retail. Her patience, ability to multitask( my kid asks a lot of questions) and to assure you walk away knowledgeable and satisfied with your purchase is something I have found to be unmatched. Customer service like that is what keeps us coming back!!!

Beginning August 21 we visited the Verizon store on BURGOYNE Ave in Hudson Falls NY
Renee was so helpful in giving me options. The next week I went back and added the line I wanted and upgraded my phone ... the line I added was for my mother in law and I just switched her from straight talk to my account.. jump forward a week and we go in to switch numbers around.. Renee and her staff took the time to transfer the numbers for us. She let us know it would take up to 24hrs. Today I returned because although the number transferred my mother in law couldn’t use the phone. After about 30 mins or so Mr Stimson was able to get the phone in working order. ( Renee was busy with customers and explained what she had done earlier in the week)
I feel bad because I can’t remember the names of the two other young men who were of great service while I was in and out of the store!

I went into this store and was approached by a very young man. I explained that I was due for an upgrade and wanted to get something comparable to what I had. The young man asked me what I wanted to spend and I again, showed him my phone and said something comparable to this. He went in the back and came out with 3 very pricey phones. I was about ready to walk out as I felt he was not listening to his customer. ( Turns out, he was from another store)
Another young man kind of stepped in, looked up my phone and told me it was about $250 phone. He looked at my usage and listened to me, told me he had the perfect phone for me, however, he did not have one in stock. He took my information and told me he would call me the minute they came in. It took a little while for it to come in ( I guess it is a popular one) but he called me. I went in and he and another young woman helped me and I left a very happy customer because he listened to me instead of just trying to sell me a phone. I would recommend to all my family and friends that they go there for the great customer service.

We were greeted by Shay and Ed assisted us with getting a new smart phone. The service was great, they were very patient with us and taught us to use the new phone and tablet. Thank you Ed and Shay. We highly recommend this Verizon store.

I went in to see if someone could help me transfer data from an old phone to a new one. Erika was so friendly, knowledgeable and happy to help. She even offered to box up the old phone and have it shipped for me. She went above and beyond her duties and had my phone all set up and ready in no time!

I broke my old phone and it was time for an upgrade, but I was nervous about taking my infant with me to get a new phone because from my past experience it always took forever. Erika had me out the door super fast with a new phone and case all set up for me, and was very knowledgable about all the products and services available to me. She saved me time and money, and I will definitely be going back for all my future cell service needs!

Renee is fantastic! After 20 plus years with ATT, and lots of confusion, I walked in to this store, and walked out with a clear understanding, and a new iPhone X. Liquid screen protector?, how slick is that? Awesome experience from someone who truly believes in the product and has you believing in it too. Go and see Renee, find out for yourself!

My husband can sometimes be hard to shop with especially when it comes to cellphones but the staff at Hudson Falls' Verizon were great! They had answers to all of our questions and were able to help with everything we needed. I loved that it was a very low key environment which made our visit quick, easy and enjoyable.

Ed made it fast and easy, best experience as always. That's why I keep coming here for Ed.

I was very frustrated when I arrived at the store, Edwin was very helpful and answered all of questions and assisted me with a new phone purchase. He retrieved all of my photos etc that I figured were lost. I'm a very happy customer and definitely recommend this store :)

Eric sat down with us and reviewed our plan, explained our options in detail, and gave us clear knowledge and advice on the equipment and plan we needed to satisfy our wireless needs. In all my years as a Verizon customer I will say that this is the most pleasant store visit I have ever encountered thanks to this dedicated and patient young man.
