Never been disappointed with their salads. So good and worth the price!!!! We love to order from here because there is so many options for everyone.

Edit: I ordered from here this weekend and unfortunately I received my food covered in wing sauce 🙃 😅 my boyfriend also was very disappointed that his sandwitch basically came plain and every single topping cost extra even mayo.

My family orders from Empire almost weekly and we can not complain! It all started with a late night chicken wing craving! The staff is super friendly and professional! We order once and was made aware of a deal that they had for what order that basically got us a free two liter. The food is always amazing and is my daughters favorite place for pizza. Highly recommend

I don’t usually right reviews but we like to order from here. We had a mishap with money tonight but they handled it so well. I did snap alittle but apologized (I felt terrible and been having a rough day). Faith was super helpful and it was the drivers second day but she was also great. They were most likely busy on this Friday night and still managed to make the time to make sure the situation was handled well. We will definitely order again :)

My family and I order from here all the time. The customer service I receive from Faith and the rest of the team there is amazing. Always so friendly and attentive. My orders are always correct and delivered right on time. I highly recommend these guys not just for their food but for impeccable service. Thanks again for outstanding work.

We have been ordering for years. I can say in a word ,the best pizza place in Hudson Falls. Sometimes they do deliver late but I know this place has many customers and always they are busy. They messed up with my order couple times but always corrected later. Tonight got two pizzas instead of one. One of them was really well done so they made another one and send me two :)

We tried this place on a whim for the first time last night, the customer service & food was amazing! I normally don’t leave reviews but I am so impressed. Will definitely be back!

Love this place. My kids order here all the time. We decided to get some wings. They were training someone who made an honest mistake and to make it right we ended up with 40 more wing's free. We didn't ask them to correct the issue. We love that they did. Thank you for treating the customer right. And good luck to the new hire.

I have to admit this was an amazing place to come and get a calzone. Sadly I'm gluten free now, just found out after a while that I couldn't tolerate gluten anymore. It has also been awhile since I have come here, since I have moved out of the area and then moved out of state, but I am not changing my review for a second. The place is nice looking and the staff are very friendly. I'm also sure I will still love the food, whichever is gluten free when I come back.

This is our go-to place for ordering pizza, wings, sandwiches, salads. We order delivery twice a month for our family, and Empire is our favorite. The variety is great, the food is great, the service is great. We love the online ordering. We have had a couple of mistakes happen, but they were good about fixing them.

First time ordering. got wings and apps. the mozz sticks were golden and the sauce was tasty. the grape leaves were on point and the buffalo wings were excellent. tasty, tangy, nice amount of heat. will be ordering again

Just moved back to Hudson falls and their pizza and customer service are 100% great! I prefer this Empire over the one in Glens Falls because when I order a party pie, it is never fully cooked. But Hudson Falls' was perfect!

FOR ME BETTER TASTING THAN LOCAL COMPETITION

Ordered some chicken wraps and curly fries and OH MY GOD they were great! We've had them before and they were okay so maybe they stepped it up. Hoping they keep it up, yum
