Burgoyne Quality Hardware & Lumber

This is a great little hardware store. They mix paint, fill your propane, and have salt in the winter for icy driveways. The staff has always been helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are not as good as a larger hardware store, but for a small business they have a lot of products. Good quality products. You can also buy many different kinds of lumber here.

I went in for Stain today around 12:30 today. As soon as I got there, this wonderful gentleman asked if I needed help. He helped me get the perfect stain for my fence. Not only was he extremely helpful and polite, as I was waiting for it to be mixed he was a pleasure to talk to. This man deserves a raise or bonus or something! I don't think I've ever been to a store met with his wonderful persona! 😀

Great hardware store. They have really great customer service here. Everything is keep in order and all the items are neatly on the shelves. Prices are pretty competitive to the big box stores without the warehouse volume. What I don't like is the lumber yard hours don't mirror the store hours. Otherwise I like coming here.

I bought a gallon of paint last week or so and the original mix was close to my color but off a few shades. Went back and Haley, the paint department manager, used her expertise and corrected the color using small amounts of several colors to get the hues and tones to match. I was blown away by the way she made this right. She is a credit to herself, PPG paints and Quality Hardware. Bravo to her! Thank you so much!

Amazing staff & Great prices! Two younger staff helped me to rig up and fix one of my crutches. It even took more than an hour, they didn't complain, came to.me and asked for help and were kind! The 3 of us got it working and the prices are amazing as well!!!

The staff is always knowledgeable. You never seem to be there for long because someone is always there to help. You defiantly get customer service you want and need. One of the nicest hardware store around.

The employees at Burgoyne Quality Hardware are awsome, I did some paint work there and everyone was curtious and polite, all smiles. I just moved here two weeks ago from CT but I think I found my go to hardware store....

A well-organized store with a friendly family atmosphere! More accessible to Hudson Falls/Kingsbury than any regional big box stores.

We love it here, helpful staff and more variety than you might think for a smaller store, so much closer and easier to navigate than the giant box stores.
