Good prices and the gentleman behind the counter was very nice & helpful. Seen the mixed reviews for this place so I figured I’d add my point of view.
I guess it boils down to where you come from. I give them a 5 out of 5 stars. Unlike others I thought prices were very reasonable (exactly $4 less than in the city for same item) even for being in an touristy area. Re the service, the gentleman behind the counter greeted me when I first came in and was helpful until the end of the transaction. In comparison, I’ve been going to the same liquor store for the last 7.5 years in Midtown and the clerk who I may add, has no personality, doesn’t recognize me after when I’m there 2x plus per week (perhaps as a city person he chooses not to know who I am but after all these years, it surprises me). I visited this place twice within a few days and the same clerk recognized me and greeted me as a local. I give them a thumbs up along with a 5 star review for that!

Worked here in the summer 2012. The best summer ever! Everyone was so great. I am really glad they are still in the business.

The owner is a great person who is quick to remember faces. She is very friendly and helpfully answers questions. My husband and I got a personal favorite here. We'll be back the next time we're in Montauk!

I bought two small cans of rose for the beach. The staff was very kind. I would go again.

Felt like I was watching Dennis Quaid in the parents trap while I was here.
The sommelier was knowledgeable. I’m drinking the Sauvignon blanc right now and it’s breathtaking.
My girlfriend and I may be naming our daughter Sauvignon after finishing the bottle.

I struggled for years to find the right person ! Go to this store and maybe you’ll find that wine is your true love, I know it’s one of mine. Sometimes I feel like I’m cheating on my girlfriend when I drink wine because it’s so great. Cheers!

Great selection and price for wines. (Better prices than my neighborhood wine store in BK). Plus, the nicest owner and employees- very helpful!
