Gave 1 you don't have 0. I called corporate office and Altamonte office called Corp because no one answered local been dealing with Kaley who is manager of Altamonte need new cpap mask and had John weeks ago gone month
kaley knows my situation told me insurance issue then 3 days later no issue
Tells me my 2 month office notes too old go too doctor 3 days. Ago everything email
While I was there 5 cals Wed and and Thursday she says
No issue get until gthy faxed 5 times call center sees it in system they sent many emails too john and kaley to call me asap no calls if i dont get called 8am Monday 3/13 i will call as high up as. I can i need too breathe
Kaley and john call asap i. Been a patient for years never happened and imm calling my dr to see about new co very disappointed patient
