Was in there today. I think the employee 's name is Jael. At any rate what a professional, well spoken young lady. That is a great employee. Great customer service.

Just want to give CVS on main street brockton a five star. Today I was in search of an item and they were out, the employee heard my story that i needed it for my autistic son and she searched for it at another store and they held it for me to pick up. Great communication between both stores helped me get back to my suck child. So thank you to all.

1267 main st is an outstanding store compared to 555 belmont st in Brockton. 555 Belmont is dirty, gross,and the ignorance is rampant.

Always good service.

I had an issue with an incorrectly filled prescription which was resolved quickly and the pharmacist and regional manager called me to follow up. BUT in the 16 years i've been using this pharmacy (exclusively) they have only made the one small error.

I highly recommend them.

Wonderful Service - Covid Test Drive Thru! First time doing the self-test. The young man at the window was so patient and walked me through the whole process. Very polite, as well! (I wish I got his name. Visit was around 9:30 am on 4.24.21.)
