I had the brown sugar shaken expresso. That's my go to drink. Fabulous!

So i ordered via drive through and the line was super long so i went inside and they took care of it quickly and conveniently

Today the most craziest thing happened to me and my husband while we were waiting in the Starbucks line. Our vehicle decided to stop in the middle of the line as we were next to drive and pick up our order. We were so embarrassed and felt like we were holding up the line but we were able to move the car to the parking lot. As I ran to the front door to pick up our order and pay the ladies were so sweet they said don’t worry about it this one’s on us. Sometimes it’s the little gestures that people do in life that can make another persons day. And this surely made our day because instead of us being embarrassed we felt like the ladies came together and could see that we were in need of a Pick Me Up. I just wanna say thank you to the Starbucks team at the Westgate Mall, you guys are truly amazing every time I come in and especially today.

Went to drive through. The line moved good with about five cars ahead of me. My caramel macchiato was delicious.

👍 no issues thank you to the crew for all they due here. I'm sure you get a karen or a chad who need to act ridiculous over a silly issues just smile at em and let them you to have a good day.

Today I ordered a venti white chocolate mocha, venti peppermint white chocolate mocha, slice of pumpkin loaf, a hot beverage tumbler, & a pkg of pumpkin spice instant latte.

It was absolutely Great service!
Every time I've been here, the staff is always friendly& attentive, and the service phenomenal... Every time I've been there the service is consistently great!

Staff is knowledgeable, helpful &friendly... The food& drinks are delicious (made perfectly)... Service was prompt &accurate.

Always a friendly atmosphere whenever I get a drink from this starbucks. Nichole the store manager is always smiling and going above and beyond with her customer service. Her staff feeds off of her leadership skills. I will be a regular customer for now on. Starbucks rocks!

Westgate Starbucks gets 5 stars for always implementing great service and not even rushing their customers, the barista Sam walked me through the whole process of how points are accumulated. It just show when management cares about their co-works because great service is achieved thanks a bunch...

They were super helpful. One of the baristas helped me figure out how to process my mobile order. They are quick clean and efficient. Lots if parking space and well maintained location.

This Starbucks is awesome! Taylor is always really nice and helpful, as are most of the rest of the staff. It's a little expensive, but the coffee and tea selection are awesome and there's a great ambiance to relax in.

The employees are always very nice and efficient. The store is always spotless. It's surprisingly roomy for it's size. There is inside and outside seating as well as a drive through.

The staff is impeccable! I love coming here to ger my Carmel Frappuccino when I can afford it!😁

Excellent service and with an awesome smile! Was in Brockton for business this weekend and in need of that morning fresh brew. Went through the drive-through and was greeted with an awesome attitude and an awesome coffee.

Always helpful. My girlfriend was having a but she needs to drink lots of fluids and then between all the water it it help drinking apple juice so they filled a venti cup with ice in apple juice for me as a special request
