This store is conveniently located in the city of Chino Hills. Surrounded by other department stores and restaurants. Pretty busy location.

I went in feeling very discouraged to find shoes that fit me… Alanna helped me out in the shoe department. She was patient and helpful. I ended up finding shoes. Super thrilled!

I love your store. I always find a lot of amazing things.

I went to the Nordstrom's Rack in Chino to return a pair of shoes that didn't work out for me. The customer service was top notch. The associate assisting me with my return was kind, and professional.

I am a frequent patron of this location and visited today for an online order pickup and return. I had the most quick, pleasant & seamless experience. This location has a good variety of in store selections and always has plenty of clearance racks on any given day. My cashier who assisted me, Jade, is such a sweetheart! She is professional but also personable and made my day. Would definitely recommend this store!

Always love going to the Rack. Nice large shopping area hs items originally sold at Nordstrom. Lines can get delayed but you usually find deals in store that make it worth it

What can I say easy in easy out and great deals to be found.

I have just been in this Nordstrom Rack for shopping and the person who helped me with payment (I think she was at the second register from left with long nice hair) was so nice. I was already happy to get nice deal on my new siwmsuit and she made me even happier! 🙂

I like to come for clothes, shoes and most importantly snacks. I like to come for quick clothes and nice shoes. They actually have a lot of options in the size 6. Mom and I like to shop at Nordstrom Rack.

Much better than going to Ross or Marvin's. Look closely at the prices. You will get very good close at a reasonable price.

One of the best Nordstroms you can find. Found a cute comfortable affordable pair of heels, a kate spade heart bag, a cardholder. Coach sandals, cute black stiletto pumps. I could not get myself out of here. Definitely some scavenger hunting if you want to save but if you like something, get it don’t look at the price. If not in your budget then think about it, place it on hold and come back. Don’t miss out on the gems they have. They carry Gucci, Prada, LV❤

The Chino, CA Nordstrom Rack location has the best choice of clothes, shoes & boots. Just bought a pair of Uggs on 3/5/22 for $139.00 and some blue leather loafers and some shirts. I'm happy with my purchase's.

Came to buy my daughter some Dior sunglasses. Great price. A lil busy. But every one was human.
