This is the ONLY AT&T Store you wanna go to in this area! Don’t go anywhere else. This team is so helpful, kind, and on top of it. It’s a Corporate store and you can really tell: A+++ professional communication and service!

Jghakarie totally saved the day after a bad experience at another store, and I left smiling! He was so patient and knowledgeable… I am so grateful. The manager Juliana was super nice and helpful too.

Jghakarie Stone provided excellent customer service. I was having billing issues and called AT&T first, even spoke to a supervisor over the phone and was not able to get my issue resolved. Decided to go into the store and glad I did. Jghakarie was able to resolve my problem right away. Glad he was able to help me out. Will come to him for any future needs.

Have had unpleasant experiences with my local AT&T store reps but this location made me wish it was within my area! It was my first visit to this store and I was able to get what I waited a week for resolved. The rep that assisted me yesterday was Anthony. Excellent customer service, highly recommend!

I have never had such a great experience at an att before. Jghakarie was super attentive! His boss Julianna was just as amazing. They went above and beyond to help me and my fam. We went in for one item and came out with like 12 lol.. they both were really friendly and made is laugh. They even were nice to the ppl waiting in line so no one felt like they were being ignored. Thank you JESSICA! The service at the AT&T store on Grand Ave. in Chino, CA has always been good but the young lady who helped me and my mother gave us “excellent” customer service. Her name is Jessica and I think she is the only female at that location. Jessica was patient with my 87 year old mother. She was clear in her explanations. She completed our transaction in a timely manner. Jessica has many more excellent qualities as a sales/customer service worker. I hope Jessica gets the recognition from her supervisors and the respect from her coworkers that she deserves. Thank you Jessica!!
