Superb staff & the people service was excellent! Keep up the good work! My pre-order took a little more time & attention to fulfill, as my items were bundled high up on a pallete on the very top shelf. After Forklift & Safety procedures were put in place, I got my much needed items. Nobody got hurt. I was a happy customer. It was a good day. Thanks guys!

This location offers a variety of affordable items for your home improvement needs. I really appreciate the staff in the aisle for assisting me with finding items on my check list. At check out the cashier was welcoming and friendly. This store was very clean and offers plenty of parking.

My name is Meredith and I stopped by Lowers to grab some products to repair some drywall. This has been one of the best customer service experiences I've ever experienced. Rosie (Customer Service Desk Professional) greeted me with friendly smiles, professionalism and extremely prompt amazing service! She ensured I had everything I needed for the repair and encouraged me that my project would go well and it did. Her dedication to excellent customer service and professionalism is second to none and reflects great credit upon herself and the Lowes brand. My overall rating undoubtedly is 5 out of 5 stars without hesitating. Rosie (Customer Service Desk Professional) deserves a big raise and the biggest recognition/honorable mention for her amazing friendly service, attentiveness and professionalism. I was assisted by Ronneisha at the self-checkout area. She was SO informative and nice: she helped me find a price on a discount item that did not have a tag (she literally ran), provided me with alternative bags because the Lowe’s bags were out of stock, and then helped me when I realized I forgot my debit card by patiently and seamlessly switching my order to the checkout that took cash. Could not have been happier with the service. Give Ronneisha a raise!!

Great discounts on Christmas items as part of the holiday sale. I picked up Christmas stockings for under $5.00. There were fire pits on clearance as well. I like this location and they generally have the items I’m in need of for repairs or decorations, etc. The staff is very helpful as well.

Quite a large garden selection at this Lowe's, especially in the spring. We ordered something online to pick-up at this location, and it was ready incredibly fast. Picking up was very simple - there's a little room right at the entrance (or you can opt for them to deliver it to your car when you arrive). Hands down 100000x times better than our attempts to do the same thing at Home Depot.
Inside, the store is generally well-stocked, but the organization of things can be a little confusing/nonsensical. Use the app where you can to try to find the items you are looking for.

Typical Lowes. We went for a fresh Christmas tree. The gem ofvthe visit was the fellow in the garden shop helping with the trees. He was so friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. He had a horticulture background and gave us many tips on selection and care. Really made our experience special!

Looking for a new fridge and Kas was so helpful and went out of his way to explain the different brands, pros and cons, and what to look out for. Even took the time to give us extra advice on how to move the fridge easily for cleaning. Thank you for all your help!

I almost gave this entire store two stars, I walked in looking for help.(no help is site!)I found 2 employees who pointed me in the direction but didn’t assist any further , I was looking for a single glass lampshade that was in stock but not on the floor . I searched for someone else to help, the first young man was going on his lunch, so he asked David to help, (see photo attached). David was kind he introduced himself asked what I was looking for, I showed him the item on Lowe’s website.he checked inventory grab the ladder found my lampshade and saved the day. great customer service thank you David!

I have been working with Tiffany Burns over the last few weeks to help me remodel me kitchen. This is the best service ever I have received at lowes. She's extremely knowledgable, professional, funny and patient. If I could give her 10 stars I would. I have truly enjoyed my experience during this daunting process!!! Clean, large, garden center is nice, large and has a variety of beautiful plants. There's public transportation and parking. This Lowe's is surrounded by shopping stores, and restaurants, including a Costco.

The staff here is amazing.... Overall there was a gentleman named KAS that helped me he was very knowledgeable and very informative on helping me find products..... The customer service here will make you want to come back.

WAJID BEST at customer service and helping us to get our Garage Door delivered and installed! If he did not go above and beyond seeking reasons for the delay in the install ...we probably would not have gotten it done! We have had .a many things ordered with Wajid and he gets it done! My husband and I will always seek him out for care and handling of major purchases

What a clean, organized and well stocked store this Lowes is. I don't think I will ever go to Home Depot in DC ever again!

This is a great Lowe's. Right now, they have a great selection of poinsettias for the holidays.

I love this store. I prefer Lowes than the HomeD. It feels safe and clean. I like that no one hanging around the parking lot.
I pretty much brought most of everything for my house from this store, decor, appliances, gardens,tools, construction supplies etc. Associates are always helpful and nice. Reasonable pricing and offered discount for some cases.
I had experience with Ms.Tracy many times , she may not remember me but she is the best. She ran in and helped me carry bags of Mulch when she saw me struggle and offered to help me more. Many people are very nice here. They helped me look for my lost key for hours and took everything off the shelf to helped me find it. I'm really thankful for this event and definitely forever customer here.

Some Annuals and perennials are 50% off! There are some good options to fill in areas or pretty up the deck or in my case the front porch.

Clean and helpful if you can't find what you need. Seems to be well staffed so no long lines when we went on a Saturday morning. Store is one of the nicest and most upgraded Lowe's around. The parking lot is a bit of a headache because its shared with Costco and Chik Fil A.

The staff are very enthusiastic and have all the decoration supplies you need.
