Just purchased a CYBERPOWER PC at a great price and with awesome service. Matthew was awesome. So knowledgeable and he was right. The system is amazing and easy to set up. TY Best Buy!

I haven't been to a Best Buy in forever, but I had to have been greeted by at least 6 staff members throughout my walk around the store. Lots of inventory and all the technology that's out, they seem to have.

I would give them [Citrus Heights Best Buy] 4 stars, but they gave good service. I was supposed to have a car alarm installed at this location, but the alarm that I bought, was not compatible with my car.

Folsom Best Buy was supposed to call me, but they didn't. Can't blame these people for it though. Nate, the Best Buy technician, helped me get things straightened out and provided some options for alternative car alarm systems. He also said, for the mix-up as well as for my time, that he'd take off a percentage of the price of the car alarm.

If you are gonna have any automotive installation at Best Buy, please confirm with a Best Buy associate that the installation is 100% going to happen (no compatible issues, etc).

I submitted an online pickup order for a TV on Sunday evening. Within the hour, I received an email notification that the TV was ready to be picked up. I arrived and decided to choose the option for the item to be delivered to my car. The worker placed the TV in the trunk of my car promptly, within a few minutes of submitting the request, even though the store was close to closing. Thank you so much for all your hard work! You're doing a great job 👍

First I thought I can get it to my car delivery, but I must pickup at store, it was fast and happy for service

Customer service awesome upon arrival greeted and asked if we will need assistance which we did, to find the best sound bar. And I forgot who helped us so sorry 5'5 white male dirty blonde, but he sold us this awesome LG soundboard for our home and we absolutely love it no more rewinding because I couldn't here the "whisper" etc. Thanks!

I visit this store WAY too much, and have done so for over a decade.

The staff is always very friendly and helpful, that's why I keep coming back more than any one person should.

Has good deals and also has a good selection of electronics. The employee that helped my boyfriend and I was nice.

Staff showed excellent customer service. Polite, calm, courteous, friendly. I observed the interaction with a rather difficult customer and was very impressed.

Big fan of this small town store. Often have what I need and sometimes have great service. Highly recommend

Always good. Always clean and people are always friendly. All I purchase this time was just a few chargers and a flash drive.

Update. It's been a while since I posted a review but they are still awesome and very professional. You can literally go to any of the workers and unlike Walmart, they don't say this is not my area. They all show you where something is regardless.

Tevin & Mitch helped me out a ton, and were incredibly nice (both of them!). Top notch customer service not expected, but with Mitch of Tevin it was their best reccomendation 100%!

We had the most amazing customer service. Me and my husband went in to buy a PC and the woman working there was amazing with explaining the best system was best for our needs. Definitely recommend coming here!

Place is big, nice, with a decent selection. Interacted with 3 staff and the security guard, all were friendly and asked if there was any way they can help.

I was able to find what I needed with the help of one of the clerks. The store was clean, and the isles were spacious and not cluttered. The prices were reasonable too.

Love the online order and curbside pickup option... they were on time, i didn't have to sit in my car forever waiting.

Just had an amazing experience with this store!! Left there with confidence and peace of mind in a very big investment and it's all thanks to Logan! Not only was he the first employee there to come up and ask if I needed help, he went above and beyond to explain what products had the best features for what I needed and made the whole process as seamless as possible. Logan really went over the top with customer service and was very polite and knowledgeable! If you go there, go talk to Logan, he knows his stuff!

I had them install a new radio in my car. They did it very good, and then a timely manner.

Nate, back in the “Install” department, went above and beyond. I purchased a dash cam and Nate did a superb job demonstrating features. I was recently witness to a horrific car accident on a trip to Redding, so I now want to record my future driving to protect myself and assist law enforcement. Nate was very understanding, he truly knows his products and cares about the customer. I will definitely be back.
