Macy's

Very helpful customer service! The employees were so nice. The only negative is there are 2 different Macy's in the mall. One with women's clothing, makeup, purses etc. The other store has men's clothing and home goods. So dumb!! The 2 stores are all the way across the mall from each other. Just combine the 2 and make it easier on everyone please!

Macy's is my go-to shopping experience for the best possible quality home goods and clothing. Lots of designer clothing available and always has great sales. The cropped top is actually olive green. It was originally $49 and I got it for $4.96! The shirt is a very expensive, usually $89.50 top from Lucky Brand, I got it for $33.75, which is what it's worth.

It's quiet but that's also due to there not being much left in the Sunrise mall that it's attached to. They always have a nice selection of dress clothes in my sizes.

Good store, divided into men's section and women's section. Today I chose my skirt. I will definitely come back, I like the goods in the store.

Bradford in the Eyewear department was beyond helpful and extremely insightful in his line of work. Even after explaining my budget early on he continued to show professionalism and answered any questions I had. Clearly an expert and Macys should make sure he is appreciated. When I buy glasses next, I will consult him specifically. After I showed him a photo of the frames I was looking for he looked deep into detail to make sure he was able to find the specific specs I was interested in.

Original merchandise and a great place to shop, especially during the holidays as well as throughout the year. The women's and men's perfume department is truly all distinct and from French origins.

The associates were absolutely amazing! Store was well stocked, they were very helpful and sweet. I will definitely go to this location over Roseville Mall

I hate to see the mall with so few shoppers, but it translates into a great selection of size and color of clothing to choose from. Definitely gonna do my Christmas shopping there to avoid the Galleria nightmare

This store is probably the only reason this mall is even open. I remember it being a very upscale place. So sad to see the mall fall apart like it is.

Macys is dieing one store at a time and it the publics fault. on line ordering is killing brick and mortar businesses. This will continue untill we start supporting our business in the community.

This is the old Macys but I like it better than the Galleria because it is big, spacious, great parking and not crowded.

This Macys location is the best kept little secret! It's nice and quiet. The staff is friendly but, best of all no lines!!!! Product is in stock and the 6 feet rule need not apply because it's a ghost town in this mall. I have found the best gifts as well as a few gems for my self!!! Shhhhh.. Don't walk, run before the secret gets out!!!

I have never seen this juicy couture before but went to Macy's yesterday an this smells AMAZING wow I know where to go to buy my perfume from now on they littlerly have everything. The store in general is kinda pricey but hey you pay more for better quality right 👍

Good place to wall your kid around on rainy days when your wife wants you out of the house so she can work in peace.

Macy's in the Sunrise Mall is our "Go To" place to buy high-quality items at low prices. The large parking lot is a big plus because you dont have to squeeze into tiny crowded parking spots, & you don't have to walk miles before reaching the mall entrances, unlike the Galeria. You can get in & out, in no time flat! If you want exceptional service along with high quality products discounted to phenomenal savings than this should be your "GO To" hot spot to shop!! Highly Recommended!!

I got a cool Coach purse in the purse department! They always have sales and promotions going on and thats when its a great time to shop. Its organized well and employees knowledgeable enough about their department.

Macy's has an awesome inventory & always exciting new things to find. Staff is friendly & helpful. The Toys R Us acquisition appropriately filled the toy shopping needs with Toys R Us reputations for always having the best new toys and games. I'm so glad Macy's is available in Citrus Heights & close to home.
