7-Eleven

First off, this is by far the BEST 7-Eleven I’ve ever visited. Luis is absolutely AMAZING. He super helpful, including the other employees. The shelves, coolers and giant coffee bar are always stocked and they have lots of cool stuff. The ambience is always upbeat and friendly. Good vibes! I totally would have rated them 10 stars, but Google only lets me choose 5!! Keep up the AWESOME work!!!!

I've been a regular customer at my local 7-Eleven for years, and I must say, the recent changes under new ownership have been remarkable.

One standout employee, Luis, has been instrumental in creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Luis goes above and beyond to ensure customers have a pleasant experience. He's always ready with a friendly greeting and is genuinely interested in making sure you find what you need. It's evident that his dedication and positive attitude have contributed to the improved feel of the store.

One thing that caught my attention is how well-maintained the store has become. The coffee station, in particular, has always been a favorite of mine, and now, they've introduced an espresso machine! This addition has truly elevated the store's offerings.
Additionally, I've noticed that all the flavored coffee ads are consistently full. This attention to detail speaks volumes about the store's commitment to providing quality service and products.

Overall, the changes at my local 7-Eleven have been impressive, and it's clear that the new ownership is dedicated to creating a positive and inviting environment for customers. With employees like Luis, the well-kept coffee station, never sticky counter tops, and the espresso machine, it's become my go-to stop for convenience and a quality coffee fix.

This has got to be one of the best 7eleven around. Everyone who works here are kind and when asked a question we always get an answer. Now Luis is really helpful to my daughter and I. Always quick to explain things to us. Great at up selling cause he has a good smile and demeanor. Everyone who works there are really great and always smiling. This is a seven eleven to come to.

Everyone is so personable and attentive. They take pride in their jobs and are my preferred location. Oscar, Brandon, Jair, Luis, Nelly, Peter and the short guy that works night shifts - they're all great!

Luis and the morning crew are always very welcoming and greet every customer. They also by far have the best coffee station among 7-11's and definitely keep it clean

I go to this 7-11 everyday passing three other 7-11 on the way because of the staff especially the hard working manager Luis when the store is busy he’s at the register when it’s not he’s stocking cleaning making always fresh coffee more than any manager in other stores he takes pride that his 7-11 is the best 7-11 in the neighborhood

This is the only 7/11 store I go to. Staff is super nice and helpful. Specially Louis and Peter . They always have something to offer. Acknowledgement is the key to customer service and for sure they make customers happy. They both greet and welcome you with a smile. I go here in the morning and at night and I’ve seen them at different time zone with same great attitude. 👌👌👌

Great store. It’s always clean and well stocked. The staff does a good job of servicing picky patrons like myself. Very convenient location next to 5 freeway combined with quick service makes this 7-11 a daily choice.

Luis is an asset to this store. His customer service is second to none! Every time I stop bye he is very professional, friendly and helpful! Keep up the good work Luis!

Really enjoyable going to my “next door” neighbors at this 7-11. Luis and all the others are really friendly, always smiling and greet me by name. Really nice clean store - always have hot coffee! Great job guys! 😎

Love how every morning I walk in to grab my Ice coffee and it's always available the guys there are amazing and always so kind. The employees here are always with a positive attitude!

This 711 has now their new fish fillet sandwiches and my opinion i believe they are better than McDonald's i give it a 10 ... thanks to Luis the manager, Jair and Peter for letting me be one of the first to try them

The employees are always nice, The store is always clean and picked up, The store is available when I need it. This store is an example of a very well kept 7-Eleven.

THIS LOCATION HAS THE BEST CHERRY SLURPEE IN THA OC, POSSIBLY CA!!! DONT @ ME FOO!! I think their machine might be slightly malfunctioning, but it makes the cherry flavor HELLA THICC, SUPER COLD, n BOMB AF!!! I will drive 15 minutes both ways on my lunch break sometimes because the slurpee machines @ the 7-11 close to my work are ALWAYS gross and soupy. ALL OTHER 7-11 LOCATIONS TAKE NOTE!!! (Dyer rd. I’m looking in your direction)
