Big 5 Sporting Goods

A huge shoutout to Megan, she is the definition of excellence when it comes to customer service. I usually like to shop at Big 5 for their daily deals via email on ammo. They tend to have better prices than the competition in the surrounding areas. The online inventory is generally up to date and well stocked. I appreciate all the help with my ammunition purchase, keep up the great work!

Store is clean and organized. The staff was very nice and helpful. I was in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes with my new slip resistant work shoes. 😊

Convenient parking, attentive, accommodating staff and relatively wide aisles make shopping at this Big 5 a pleasure. On this trip, while the selection was good, the stock levels were a little low so finding items in my size was difficult. They have ads and email coupons that can save you significantly so be sure to sign up to receive them. I used one that got me $10 off an order of $50 or more.

The staff and customer service at this Big 5 are excellent. My family and I returned a faulty product to the location and we were able to exchange the item for free, even though we didn’t have the box or receipt. The members of the staff approached our problem with care and did all that they could to help us. Ivan especially was fantastic, and made sure that our experience at big 5 was amazing!!!

While not the biggest store they provide good products and service, and regularly have good sales. Unlike some other stores they often have and/or gladly find the shoes advertised on sale. We didn't see the desired size and color on display so the sales associate said he could order it from another store if he didn't have or in back, but he ended up finding them on back right away. We've been coming here for over 15 years and will continue to come.

Came in twice within 45 min to purchase chairs and sun shade for soccer game in area. Store was organized and I found exactly what I needed. Parking lot was busy as I arrived on a Saturday morning. Both clerks working were quick and friendly. I would come back to this store in the future.

Needed non marking court shoes. This store had a decent selection, with competitive prices and held the shoes for us . The salesmen were very patient and the store is well stocked.

One of the few remaining local sporting goods stores. It's so nice to have a local store and this one does a great job. They have a good selection and very competitive prices. In fact I just made a purchase where they beat the online giant by a lot.

Several months ago, my Lowe's job required me to pick up a too-heavy bag of sand. My right elbow has been very weak since. A physical therapist recommended a Velcro band to go below elbow & tennis ball to rub against joint. My elbow feels better with this band.

Great place for sporting goods. I especially like the coupons I get in the mail I can use. Good for ammo and new rifles and other gear.

This place has converted me into a fan. My first several trips were just impromptu stops to see if they had what I needed. Somehow they usually do -- Now it's like my go-to place.
