This place as always had friendly and helpful staff. It has also always had the best quality workwear, from head to toe. The last time I shopped for clothes in there, they also had the best selection of big and tall... But they no longer carry big and tall to any extent. In 2023 I had a really hard time finding a 50" waist in plain old blue jeans, and they only had one pair of 48" x 30" in the store.

Bought some boots and found that they had a factory defect in the sole so I took them back and got them warrantied out with no complications. Employees and management are always spot on with any questions I have or if I’m looking for something they go above and beyond to try and help. I’ll always recommend 👍🏽

I’ve shopped here for years. This year I decided to shop around town for a better price on work boots. Could not find a better price and even if I did getting help from a store employee was impossible! Back to WWW I went. As always I had the most amazing help. Tiffany had me in a pair of boots I love in 5 minutes. Thank you Tiffany!

Had to return a defective pair of boots. I had lost my receipt and the staff worked with me to find it in their system. Great selection, great prices, and exceptional employees. Would give 6 stars if I could. Highly recommend you buy your boots and work clothes here.

In town training for Visionary and needed boots, gloves, and insoles, got all three at a fair price and with great customer care. Charity helped me both times I was in and had good knowledge of the products I needed and where they were in the store. Appreciate her help and will be back next time I'm in Gillette.

Great store. I have heard interactions with customers to the staff and we here often comment about customer service and if it’s bad, but I truly believe people need to learn how to interact with sales people. Some are just belligerent and rude to the staff helping them. Just today I witnessed a man berate a young girl stating she was calling him a liar when she was happy to return his boot under a comfort guarantee offered as she couldn’t pin point the defect and would have to do so in order to ship it back as such. He was beyond rude and practically ran from the store cussing and chucking a tantrum when the other sales associate attempted to help with the interaction. Learn to be kind people. We are all human and always have someone else to answer to. There are procedures in place and rules staff have to follow. Perhaps next time instead of expecting mind readers and perfection, look for genuine interaction and attempts to help!! Just a thought

Went in to get boots for my boyfriend and the lady's were so knowledgeable and very friendly! Highly recommend coming here!

Best experience shopping ever, I am new to the state far from Kansas though both Erin and Diana I believe were very helpful with letting me know the gear I would need specially in this ever changing weather I have found out sadly but happy for the help. The gear they showed me was awesome and very affordable due to conditions like this. I will be coming back for there help again. Thank you guys

Fast, courteous, & professional. That's what "Lacey" is every time you visit the store and she is working. She remembers who you are, where you work, and if their store doesn't have what you need she will find a store that has the merchandise and will get it you quickly. Next time you visit Wyoming Work Warehouse ask for her (she's GREAT) or any other of her co-workers next time you're there. What a pleasant experience.
