The Local

Great coffee shop! The girls there work on tandem ( know it or not). My cold brew was tasty as well as my wife's iced latte. My breakfast sandwich on a croissant was great as well as my wife's breakfast bowl with lots of bacon. We will be back.

The last review was not me. Drinks are awesome, and it's a really cool place. My friends and I really enjoy going here, and I would recommend the blue raspberry zinger. I showed my friend your response, and he was happy to know what had actually happened. The last review was the result of someone at school who was angry because I beat him in a fight. It was a pathetic attempt at revenge that I apologize for. My friend is no longer upset, and he says he can't wait until he's allowed to order again.

I love to pop into the Local with my friends. The food is really good. There is just enough variety that you can go several times a week and not have the same thing twice. I don't drink coffee, but I can vouch for thier other drinks. Yum!!!

Really cool atmosphere! Mostly-cohesive decor made for a unique, moody, and earthy western vibe. The food was tasty, and fantastic serving sizes for such a low price. I’d be here every day if I lived close enough to!

One of our favorites. We don't come here what would be considered regularly, since it tends to be very busy, but that's not at all a bad thing! The coffee is great, the smoothies were superb, and the decor has captured my heart. Service is very friendly and helpful. Keep it up!

This is a great local shop and the turkey bacon swiss sandwich was phenomenal. The staff were helpful and friendly.

The local was a great place to kill some time while our car was being fixed, the staff were very friendly and nice. The food and drinks were absolutely delicious. They were training a new staff member while we were there. Both my boyfriend and I agreed that the training environment seemed very positive and encouraging. The team working here seem to care a lot about each other and the coffee shop itself. I cannot thank the staff enough for helping us out on this very hot day. :)

What a hidden gem! This place is lovely. Great variety for a great price. Staff members were so friendly and sweet! Highly recommend the cappuccino and bagel sandwich.

This place is awesome! The atmosphere is amazing. If you like coffee and a place to visit with your family or friends and not feel rushed then this is the place... It's like a scene out of friends it's a must visit place.

I never write reviews, but I am a regular at the Local. I am a full time student, and it is a beautiful place to either study or get a great cup of coffee or food with friends. The staff are super friendly, the coffee is great, and you can even get cute mugs to have your drink in if you're staying for awhile. Their Mediterranean salad is great, but all their food is delicious. They have card games, and many sitting options at couches, or at beautiful tables. They have great wifi and it is a bright and warm place with big windows and plants. Love it there!

A gorgeous down town coffee shop that has been perfect for meeting up with friends and school alike! The local fog is personally one of my favorite drinks not only because of flavor but price too!

My mom and I ate here for lunch, and it was amazing. I got "the local" sandwich it was so good! The perfect combination of flavors. I also tired a mango smoothie which hit the spot on such a hot day. The employees were super nice, and they got our food made in a timely manner.

I love this place. The food is really good and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The staff is also friendly and helpful. I was greeted by the house dog and she was so sweet and I'm sure part of that could have been that I had food but I love animals so I loved that she came around. The first time I visited I didn't see her. This is a clean place and it will be a stop for me anytime I'm in Gillette.

Work brings me to Gillette frequently and I always look forward to spending part of my day at The Local. The employees are always so nice and have smiles on their faces! The atmosphere is very welcoming and they have plenty of seating options and variety from couches to tables! Have not tried anything but coffee drinks (delicious by the way), but the food always looks excellent!

OVER and ABOVE! They have been gracious in letting me come in almost daily to meet with clients as I am building my own business. They are more than happy to help with a new beverage idea or a different meal not on menu. Staff are super friendly and always ready to help! Family oriented which I love to see, if kids are with they are out helping work, as well as the hubby's and boyfriends. All around great place!

A co-worker and I ate here at lunch for the first time and had a fantastic experience, service was quick, food was great and freshly made. A very nice establishment and a great place for a bite and to relax for lunch. Thank you!
