They were helpful. One store didnt have what we needed so he called another store which they held for us. Manager had a customer come in and was talking but cussing and he ask him that that kind of language was not allowed in here. He stopped. Thanks to the manager

Kathy was very helpful in helping me find what I need. The Ashland store is always clean and the aisles are clear.

The guy that helped me out, Cody, was very very helpful. He even took time out to come outside and replace the light bulb socket for me, and he checked my oil and put a quart in for me. And this was truly helpful since I am disabled and it's very hard for me to get around. I will definitely recommend this O'Reilly Auto Parts store to my friends and family.

Love this place.8 years ago I went to auto zone and got wipers and couldn't get them on during snowstorm and they wouldn't help there. Came he to buy new ones and return old ones since they would put on. They installed the ones from auto zone for free. Will always use them.

Was traveling from Oklahoma to New York when wheel bearing went out. They let me replace it in they’re parking lot and lend some tools for the job. Big thanks to Josh. You guys are amazing
