Great place and service.

I like the place. Pretty clean. But does tend to be a busy gas station. Usually friendly staff. I love their crushed ice so i enjoy stopping by (this ampm charges .50 for ice if you bring your own cup). Only thing is that they don't have water on their fountain. So if you're trying to drink water you have to buy a bottled kind or bring your own.

Well I came in for a snack after work, got a hotdog to find out it was old and put in a new package with a new time to be resold, that's pretty cheap if you tell me. Been to other ampm and could tell the difference

I got off an 11-hour train ride and went to grab some food, as there’s no food places near the train station and this ampm was on my way. I pulled out my EBT card to pay and the cashier started laughing and said, “I knew it! I knew it! We don’t take EBT! Get the HELL out of here” excuse me?! I was so taken aback. That was completely unnecessary but incredibly telling that you think people who need EBT are beneath you. Humble yourself before God does it for you. Don’t be so quick to judge others.

Security EXTREMELY RUDE. We get out of our car to go into the store, and this “employee” walks past us to yell to put on a mask to come into the store. We are a little puzzled as to why she is yelling at us for putting on a mask before getting close to entering the store. We then walk to the doors and she locks the doors and puts the store is closed sign. She then proceeds to go to her car and sit in it and be on her phone. Granted this place is supposed to be open 24 hours. This is the WORST customer experience I have ever seen in my life and will never be going here again. If ownership sees this, i would suggest hiring new security. Security guard that was on duty is a blonde girl with tattoos on her neck. If your goal is to lose business this is definitely the best way to do it.

I travel a lot. For the graveyard shift to have their bathroom supposedly "out of order" is bulldonkey. I work at another AmPm 2 days a week. I know all these franchise's, no matter who's owner needs to have restrooms accessible to all customers. I understand to avoid honeless from using it for showers, but still this is not right to shut it down just because your lazy graveyard just cleaned it. Deal with it it's our job to main5ain it. You pissed off tge wrong kind of customer. Fix it.

My car was almost out of gas and I pulled into this station. My roadside assistance couldn't help me because I was at the station already. When I was asking for help the manager or owner was very rude and disrespectful. When I retorted he hid behind his security guard and continued to be rude I will never go there again

4/29/2021 ,10:10pm I went inside to pump $20 of gas for #2 and I I wasn't working so I went back inside and the Latina lady working was so rude she claimed that I said #6 and would not refund $20 to me and only $11 since she put my $20 into stall 6 and said that since someone used my credit she cannot do anything about it when it was clearly HER fault..... this is the worst experience ever it's not about the money but I literally been robbed and it wasn't even my mistake ... so I came there with $20 to pump my gas... and got $11 back with still no gas .. what kind of service is this ...
