AT&T Store

We had such an incredible experience with Daisy! She was so quick, kind, and efficient and got all our questions answered immediately.

I came in a little before closing to transfer my number from spectrum to AT&T to open a new business account. Everything was great. Isaac and katt were helpful. Isaac explained to me what promotions I qualified for and got me the best deal and made sure my phone was working on AT&T before I left the store. Very satisfied!

Lucky at he Anaheim Hills store spent a lot of time helping me get my old phone with lots of apps & data transfered to my new Galaxy S24+. He was extremely knowledgeable & was pleasant to work with.

First time coming to this AT&T location Cat helped me. She was great and all the employees were great and helpful. Will be coming here from now on.

Christina helped me in the store and solved all problems. She is very knowledgeable and kind. She has a great attitude and it’s evident that she truly enjoys helping customers and that she cares.

Had to wait maybe 30 seconds to be helped. Very kind a knowledgeable rep. Made the entire process very smooth and helped me get everything I needed for my new phone and plan with AT&T. 10/10 would recommend him and that branch. Thank you for everything!

Lucky saw me immediately as I walked in the door and solved my issue quickly and professionally. He also helped me save a great deal of money on my plan and showed me some great value in changing plans and getting a couple great Apple Watches as well. He never pushed or made me feel stupid. He simply showed me the numbers and gave me great opportunities. Lucky is a terrific tech and salesman.

The guys here at AT&t were extremely accommodating to my needs and specifically lucky, my customer service agent that work with me. We are very satisfied! Emily and Julian were so wonderful... Emily helped us with everything we needed. She explained in detail how much our new bill will be. She provided tons of accessories to choose from. She set up my phone, gently placed the protective sheet on it and placed it in the phone cover. She called our phones to make sure they were working properly. This is our store we only go too and will continue to go too!

My husband and I would like to thank Julian for all the help he has given us today. We are so thankful for all his time, patience, and expertise! I came into ATT today and Lucky made my experience enjoyable by taking the time to explain my bill and answer all my questions thoroughly and provide me with all the correct information I needed. I was able to walk out knowing the type of plán I had . He explained the products I was purchasing that day to understand how to use them and made sure I got the best deal. Ask for Lucky!!!!!!

Sergio was great helping me set up both my wireless and home internet services, he was very straight forward and respectful and was the most thorough sales rep I’ve worked with. Will definitely be looking forward to working with him again!
