Timberland Outlet - Orange

Got a pair today and was assisted by Michael and Maria. I just need to post this commendation for their excellent service. Their patience and diligence with me is way above par. Maria is an Angel.

Easy return for online order. Lots of sales in store. Google Maps location isn’t accurate, the other “Timberland” location in The Outlets with no reviews is the real location. This location puts you on the opposite side of the mall in front of the AMC theaters.

Great service by the staff here who went out their way to find the sizes for you for certain styles. Being an outlet store, it doesn't carry as many styles as in its normal store, but its inventory is still more than at Macy's for example. They carry shoes for men, woman and children. We love their shoe quality. And when we were there, the deals were amazing (buy 1 get one half off, plus another 10% off if you text them). My arm got twisted to get the 2nd pair to take advantage of the deal. The style I bought (boots with high tops) are very comfortable and look so stylish that I've received many compliments every time I wear them. Definitely check them out!

Amazing store with high quality, durable shoes with deeply sturdy and supportive soles and shock absorption for casual walking to hiking in the backwoods. Shoes are more bendable than ever but still have the strength and dependability of a Timberland product. Come in and shop their ongoing outlet sales at the Outlets at Orange.

very good customer service experience! The guy who helped me was awesome. He even showed me how to get boots custom-made online. It's on now LOL.

Super helpful staff,, very patient even though I have a really wide foot and had to try on nearly 10 pairs of boots to find one that fit (and that in the men's dept when I am a woman!)

I must confess, this is the first time I ever bought Timberlands as a work boot and not just for fashion haha. I know that their quality and reputation is to notch and I’m really happy with the pair I finally decided on. Black leather, steel toe, waterproof and they are so light! I don’t know how boots that feel as durable as these stay as light as they are. Now I won’t have to worry about ruining my shoes when I’m outside doing work around the house or volunteering!
