Great folks! We've done business with them before and they did a great job! Austin walked me thru the setup process and listened to my ideas, made suggestions and then showed samples. Looking forward to doing business with them again. Highly recommended. Quality products and very professional.

I haven't purchased merchandise from them. My husband does vehicle wraps for them & I've helped him on several. So I can't speak about the t shirt customer service. But have seen they do stay busy so they are doing something right.

They made two custom hats for me with a design that had to be digitized. They did that for me no problem. The design came out wonderful and vibrant. The employees of Goteez are wonderful and great at what they do.

I have used Goteez for all of my retail merchandise for 8 months. Goteez is absolutely the best! Not only did they point me in the right direction to start with, they have continued to be nothing but reliable and professional. They have went out of their way to help me with every need, even resolving my issues after hours and on weekends. I have used different places in East TN in the past and I am so grateful I found Goteez! I can honestly say if it wasn’t for Goteez my retail sales would NOT be where they are today! I have dealt with Goteez several times now for my softball team. We have ordered everything from professional jerseys to t-shirts to jersey tanks for the ladies to special jerseys made for a teammate with breast cancer. Goteez is always professional, quick, and I've never had anything but happiness from my players about quality and results. I, personally, deal with Connie and have had to add to and change orders several times each time we have ordered (which is always going to happen when you have a large team with family members also ordering). She's always been patient and understanding and worked hard to make sure we got exactly what we needed.

They have a great team and do great work. Excellent service and I would recommend this company highly.
