What can I say. Starbucks is great. I go at least 4 times a week, fortunately I go enough that they recognize my voice over the speaker and I always get what I want with no issues.

Hit the drive thru before heading to the Smokies!We enjoyed our food and drinks, they did a good job taking the order and getting it all exactly right. My cream danish was warm and toasted perfect.

Pulled up to find they’re closed and are on strike. Good for them!

Excellent little Starbucks. Located right across from an airport, walkable distance from the La Quinta & Comfort inn suites, it's also nestled beside a long strip of restaurants. So it's a great place to wait to if you're staying in that area. The staff is friendly and personable. There is a seasonal outdoor seating area. In particular, I had a staff member fix my order because it had too much cream in it. I usually don't request that and felt a little nervous asking, but he didn't even blink an eye and was very gracious!

The lady was very happy to highly customize my drink. I want a peppermint Mocha half the sugar and all the fat. So she used heavy cream and skinny mocha sauce.

Excellente as usual, I love Starbucks app, easy to use and great rewards I have gotten all kinds of free drinks or food.

Stopped by for breakfast. Excellent atmosphere and clean place. The order taking was smooth, but the pickup got mixed up with another person's order. We both had a good laugh, exchanged the items, and went our ways to fill our belly with food! 😀

This is my neighborhood Starbucks and I wouldn’t have it any other way! I love the staff here always happy and polite despite almost ALWAYS being busy. Max always manages to make my mornings better with their positive attitude! Thank y’all for making the moment right.

I love Starbucks. But they don't brew dark roast coffee after 12:00 noon at this location in Alcoa,Tn. Real nice store. Very clean. Inside and outside seating. Great location. Staff is very nice. Plenty of parking. Drive thru. A nice cozy place.

Friendly helpful staff. Usually not a long wait. Baked goods are fresh and the coffee is hot as lava. Add in the inviting outdoor patio space when you have time to sit and watch the world go by and this Starbucks is nearly as perfect as perfect can be.

Such a friendly team. Lindsay in particularly helped not just myself but many others even during a big rush, and made the situation right when a drink took too long. 10/10, one of my favorite Starbucks crews ever. Keep up the great work and give them all bonuses.

I love this Starbucks! I have always had a pleasant experience with the staff.

Easy to order, order was correct and it came out quickly. Got my name wrong, but close enough. Can be a bit noisy here, but it's nice to have a one on one meeting here. Free wifi is a plus.

Fast, friendly service in the drive thru. Close to work and we frequent this for coffee runs when needed.

Love the new look at this Starbucks. We met someone to discuss business with someone. There are tables that now accommodate these type of visits. While there we did order some drinks and a couple food items. Everything was delicious. The staff were super friendly and less robotic like other Starbucks I've I've been to.
