Customer Service leaves much to be desired! The lack of use of the English language I believe is the culprit for poor Customer Service, needs to be addressed. Happy customers make your business, keep that in mind.

Gross coffee station. Various empty coffee containers in disgusting state of use. Prepared food was obviously old and not appealing.

Been coming to this location since a child. It has become a ran down slum now. They stole money from me and when questioned told me I was stupid and couldn’t count. If I had a penny every time they had an issue with money and police I’d be a millionaire and you would too. Food is expired with mold. They have women there now who can’t understand a lick of English. The coffee area is disgusting and there is hardly any food cooked. You need to rehire at this location. Getting scared to go there. I’m forced to go to the one on Bladensburg because there, atleast the food is cooked, area is clean and they are nice which is better.

Another useless location. Saturday night into Sunday morning and nothing cooked, not even hot dogs. Why bother opening the store....
