7-Eleven

7-Eleven is a great brand and store, but what separates this location is the staff. The manager, Kim, runs a tight ship along with her team of employees. They keep the store clean and full of the best items. If an item is sold out, Kim gladly takes customer feedback and ensures those items are back on the shelf asap. The Henderson Ave location is walking distance to my house and I patronize this location daily, and in many instances multiple times per day depending on the demands of my job. When I'm in town and not traveling for work, I start everyday with a friendly greeting and exchange at this 7-Eleven.
Not only does the staff keep the hazelnut coffee prepared the way I've requested it - ladies and gentlemen, that's three delicious bags of rich, robust hazelnut delightfulness per cannister versus the standard of two bags, they ensure it's always ready, even super early by 5 am. Many people think coffee is just a beverage, but for me it's the start of my day, which carries me on to the gym and gives me the energy to endure a hectic work schedule. I used to brew coffee at my house, but with A+ service, I spend the extra money to buy the best hazelnut coffee in Dallas from Kim and her team. Thank you, Kim and team, for being a part of my daily routine.

I go to this 7/11 everyday & I am warmly welcomed with a big smile each time! I look forward to chatting with the girls who work there because of their energy, kindness, and compliments! They always make my day better :)

Kim is the absolute best! She’s always friendly and definitely makes my mornings better. My girls love the chocolate donuts and I always stop in for my favorite Monster Energy drink. My favorite 7-Eleven location.

Shout out to Kim who keeps the apple Celsius stocked, probably the only 7/11 that will always have my favorite flavor. I stop by every morning and her and Berny are always friendly and helpful

I always love 7-11 and they seem to be getting even better!!! Since the NEW MANAGER KIMBERLY has taken over I can tell a difference in the store and the staff and it’s ALL BEEN GOOD!!! Food is FRESH AS WELL AS THE COFFEE!!! She encouraged me to get the 10 WINGS FOR $5 and my son and I enjoyed them for dinner and best part I didn’t have to cook!!! I had only one food quality issue with my Sausage Roll but Kimberly was happy to replace my breakfast the NEXT DAY!!! Thanks for keeping it clean ESPECIALLY WITH ALL THE CONSTRUCTION WORKERS COMING IN, y’all are doing a fantastic job!!!

Always have had a great experience at this location, Kim has always been very welcoming, goes out of her way to make every visit personal despite it just being a simple c-store visit, and makes every visit a good experience. I visit this location multiple times a week and have nothing but good things to say.

I used to hate coming to this store, but the ladies (Kim and Bernie) that run it now are so fantastic! My favorite 7/11!

The young kid in the night shift does a great job. Only person there dealing with 2 trucks and he deals with customers. Plays great music that some customers like. Knows his way around the register. Uses both at one time. Most 7Eleven employees don't do that. Will go out of his way to assist you. He moves around a lot so dont think he forgot about you.

The Bananas here are always Fresh and the drinks are always Cold!! I’m always greeted with Good Energy, a Smile, and maybe a laugh or two before leaving.

This is the BEST 7-11 in Dallas! Kimberley is so much fun to be around at 5:30 am when you need coffee.

I'm glad I came today from the time I walked into the time I walked out the guy and the girl working today made me feel good about myself and bro they had both good attitude and we're happy to work today a suggested the national hotdog day $1

I totally reccomend him for a promotion raise but idk how that works. Hes very professional.

New management is fantastic. Hopefully, you can update the coffee management / selection in the near future.

Great store cashiers were friendly as well as aware of there responsibilities and enforced laws when needed i.e. reminding customers if after 2 am how alcohol is done being sold for that day. Rest assured knowing if your the owner that you have an excellent staff that takes pride in there work definitely people you want to keep in staff. Keep up the great work and employee definitely deserves
