We are back to five stars! I went into the office today and the young man behind the counter said, "hi, Silver!" WOW. I am not a particularly memorable person, I don't think, so I am always impressed if a merchant or salesperson remembers my name. This guy is also very friendly and kind, with plenty of smarts! He answered all my questions and helped me with a couple things with my phone. Evidently, he takes his lunch late in the afternoon to accommodate the busiest traffic hours at that location, and that is why the office was closed when I went last week. I still very much recommend these folks for good service and great staff.

PREVIOUS COMMENTS........
I had originally given this Cricket location a 5 star review because the guys were SO nice to me and got me fixed up with a Cricket phone and service quickly when I went in there - but right away the phone started acting up. It was behaving as if someone else was in control of it, moving from one page to another, changing settings, and refusing to let me take over. I tried to go to the home screen and it ignored me. It did this while I was on the phone with a friend and when it was sitting by itself on the shelf! It was weird and scary - so I decided to go BACK there and have them take a look at it.

But when I went there today, at a little before 3 in the afternoon, it WAS CLOSED with a handwritten sign that said they were OUT TO LUNCH, BACK IN AN HOUR.

I waited in the BLAZING HOT PARKING LOT for about 40 minutes. Other people showed up and got IN FRONT OF ME, sitting against the window of the store, which I can't do because I am disabled - so when I realized I was going to be behind at least 4 people, I went home. I'd been there about 40 minutes and I am wondering what in the heck time it was when those guys went to lunch - and who takes a 2:45 or 3:00 lunch anyway? It was weird and very inconvenient.

Being a disabled person in this culture is extremely difficult because no one EVER seems to take into account how difficult it is to get access to services of any kind - and a lot of people rush to get ahead of us in line. When I was very young - before I became disabled, the guys used to rush to the door to open it for me - but now they rush to the door so they can get ahead of me. Not a gentleman in sight! And none of these stores provide seating for the disabled for whom standing causes substantial pain and the risk of having our legs go out from under us and sending us toppling to the floor.

Unfortunately, there aren't many Cricket locations in town and this is the only one near my house, so if I can't get someone from the Cricket service phone number to help me with the phone issues, I will have to go back to this store.

I am disappointed that I have had to reduce the number of stars for this business location.

I had low expectations but found Rogello (Roger) quite a pleasant fellow to do business with and helpful. They were busy but he never lost his cool and he went the extra mile to help us take advantage of all the deals we could. So far I'm happy with the service too, much to my surprise. I mainly switched to to save money but happy the service isn't bad.
