Been there multiple times.. met a few of the guys that work there.. Really the whole staff in my experience have been knowledgeable and helpful

The consultant there, Glen, is one of the most polite, educated individuals I have met in a good while. Gave me a thorough crash course of supplements that correlated with my fitness goals and overall would make an excellent professor and marketer. The store layout and clealiness is top tier, has very good service, and atmosphere was sublime.

I went there on a Sunday the lady there was smoking her E cigarette and stayed seated pointed me to all the stuff I was looking for with out standing and kept smoking I know GNC is a franchise they have no choice but to open on Sundays but I assure you that you are losing customers at that location with that kind of service you lost my business and my family’s and friends business horrible service lazy and doesn’t care .

Too high prices

I regret to say that my experience at this store left much to be desired. It appeared that the owner or the person attending to customers lacked the necessary expertise in their role.

Upon visiting the store with a friend to purchase some isolate, I couldn't help but notice a strong inclination towards promoting a particular lesser-known brand. It seemed as though they were sponsored or incentivized to endorse this brand, despite its subpar quality.

To make matters worse, we were met with an unpleasant incident where my friend was subjected to derogatory remarks about their weight. This unprofessional behavior is highly disappointing and reflects poorly on the establishment.

Overall, I was thoroughly dissatisfied with my visit to this store. The lack of product knowledge, coupled with the inappropriate treatment of customers, has led me to question the professionalism and integrity GNC as a brand and what it represents.
