SEPHORA at Kohl's

Everyone is friendly and helpful at this location. Keep in mind it's like a mini sephora with about 40% of an actual sephora has so not all your fave brands may be in this storefront. Also, if you purchase at another sephora you can't return at this location or any sephora that's inside a department store just a FYI..other than that I like having this lil gem inside of Kohls.

I am loving Sephora inside of Kohl's in coconut Creek. So convenient.

Every single time I come to this store there an issue I came to exchange a product a the lady’s was to busy talking to another employee and did not do my return correct how I asked he. Their customer service is horrible. I wanted my refund to go towards my new purchase instead she put in on back in my card. They need to pay attention to customer and talk less. Every time i come here there’s an issue .i take the drive to boca better

Rudest people at this location. I’ve been 3 times now and I’m not going back. The customer service is terrible, I’ve interacted with different people every time and all have had a bad attitude.
