Love that my daughter had a matcha blended drink and she said it was gross and the employees working today this morning 10/20/23 helped by making her something she likes. That is great customer service and we will return for our daily.cold brew. And the spider donuts were so cute. Muffins are moist and delicious.

The food is good and what you would expect from a fast food place but not bad.
The employees are very nice and always happy to see a customer. But I usually go in the morning. The atmosphere is great because the chances of you running into an angry lady that looks like she belongs on my 600lb life is low.

I start every day at this location. Many times, my first contact with another person comes when arriving and this can set a pattern in my day. With that being said, I always look forward to seeing Jordan taking orders as this young man goes above and beyond. He knows me, my mom and my dog and, makes sure to have our order placed as we pull up. This is a sign of unlimited opportunity for Jordan.

To the owners: make sure to recognize Jordan for the impact he makes on peoples day. Challenge him and watch his growth potential; it’s unlimited. And equally as important, pay him what he’s worth otherwise someone like me may come and offer him an opportunity he can’t and likely won’t resist. Thank you, Jordan, you’re amazing!

Very detailed on their product. No long wait time for the drive thru

This was my first time at this location. I wish I would have gotten names. The man that took my order and money was very courteous and a pleasure to do business with. My bagel with sausage egg and cheese was very fresh. Great iced latte. I think this is the best location in Coral Springs. Plus they have a drive through.

My car died in the drive thru and I was mortified! Two Dunkin’ employees helped push my car out of the way and were so nice about it. I tried to call and tell the manager how amazing these too boys were but I couldn’t get through to the store. Great customer service highly recommend.

this location much much better as far as customer satisfaction goes. Good management and good group of staf will continue to go here :)

The morning crew are the best when i come. The gentlemen and the indian lady that takes orders for drive-thru are always sweet and they always make my frozen coffee the best. Don't like going to any other dunkin

This is the best DD in the world the employees are kind and fast and especially the manager Solange she gives us everything hot and fresh and we had a mix up with food with another costumer one time and the employee Virginia said sorry and our family accepted the employees apology go to this DD why is there a lot of bad reviews this is the best restaurant and they do your special requests correctly when you ask them for a special request

There were two young ladies working the Dunkin Donuts this morning and I must say they were on the ball they ran the regular register and the window smooth as can be just have a little patience and they will get you order perfect Clean

Dunkin, in general, can be very inconsistent. This particular location however is always great. The employees are super friendly and the coffee is always good.

Very friendly staff. The food is fresh & the frozen coffee is awesome. I actually go out of my way to come to this location as opposed to Coral Ridge Drive.

Im unusually picky when it come to Dunkin donuts. Im more strict with DD than any other fast food establishment. So when i 5☆ a DD you know it's love.

We bought 2 dozen donuts for an office we were visiting. The people inside Dunkin Donuts 🍩were friendly, and as always their ☕ coffee was good.
