We came here for a kids activity. My boys got to build a Home Depot Delivery truck. They were organized and very friendly.

Everything that you can need for a bathroom remodel or other home improvement all in one place. So many mosaic tiles to choose from. Pricing has become much more economical and competitive with not only large chains but many tile shops as well. The store sometimes has limited availability so be sure to see if items can be ordered and shipped to the store for you if you don't see them on the shelf

Joe at Home Depot is simply exceptional. I've had the pleasure of receiving his assistance on two separate occasions, and both experiences were nothing short of fantastic. His knowledge of the store's inventory is unparalleled, and he went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. Great customer service! We had to purchase a lot of items. Kim and Felipe helped us at self-checkout with a great manner and very helpful overall! We were also helped by Dante (from flooring) helped us load items into our car and was very helpful as well!

This evening I was struggling to find the correct product- m18 fuel impact driver and Ron was extremely helpful, providing insight and assistance on products. Ron is a hard worker, appreciate workers like him. Makes the experience way better and easier.

It's clean, people are helpful, and it has an order online and pick up. Plus, they added self check out.

I went to the Home Depot in Eastlake on Feb. 18th after getting a voicemail that my online order had been mistakingly delivered to their store instead of the one in Rancho Del Rey. The sales associate "XYZ" looked up my order and told me it was at Otay. I was baffled. I explained to the sales associate that I got a voicemail from one of their other associates stating that my order was at Eastlake. I also added that I had spoken to someone at the Rancho Del Rey store to reconfirm what happened to my order. Same information; my order was in Eastlake. Sales associate "XYZ" reiterated that it was at Otay and there's always a mix up between stores. I went to the Otay store only find out that my order was at Eastlake.

So, this shout out goes out to Manave, the kind sales associate working at the Customer Service desk in Otay. She showed me the notes regarding the delivery mix up and even called customer service at my request to confirm that my order was at the Eastlake store. Thank you for reading all the information about my order and doing your job well! Most importantly, thank you for listening to my frustrations. Many kudos to you!

Very helpful staff. Went in to buy a shower head and it was my first time going into a home depot so I had no idea where everything was. A nice worker offered to help and not only did he point me into the right isle, he helped me pick everything I would need to install the shower head.
