Hampton Inn by Hilton Tijuana Otay

We stayed here 2 times over a 2 week period as we were in town for a funeral. The service was amazing. Everyone was kind and helpful. They remembered us our 2nd time there and really went the extra mile. The area seemed safe, it was very clean, across the street from restaurants, and Starbucks. Will definitely stay here again

The staff is amazing, Special mention for Carlos in the kitchen area and Alfredo in the evenings at the front desk. They went the extra mile. Every one was great.

I always enjoy staying at this location when I am in TJ, room service is quick and the staff is so friendly. Rooms are also very clean! Breakfast is also served in the mornings which I enjoyed, there was fruit, eggs, waffles, bacon, sausage, oatmeal and a few other options. Definitely not bad for the price!

This is a regular Hampton Inn and compares well with Hampton's in the USA with a few differences.

There is a full (small) bar in the lobby. Nice touch.

The room is smaller than expected and the double beds are full-sized, not queen-sized. However the room is clean and the bathroom is great, including a walk-in shower.

Cons:

There is no refrigerator

The climate control seemingly cannot get room air temperature below about 72°F (22°C)

The bedding is more like Super-8 than Hampton Inn. The pillows (2/bed) are weak.

We were unable to take the shuttle because it was "full".

Pros:

The WiFi works well

The bathroom is clean and works well, including the walk-in shower.

Common areas are clean.

The staff is super nice and helpful.

Breakfast coffee is better than average.

Breakfast food is good, not great, but, again, great staff.

Finale:

I'd stay here again, depending on price.

Enjoyed our stay here while visiting Tijuana. The location was great and the service was excellent. Everyone from the front desk, housekeeping to all the staff were friendly, respectful and courteous! They truly went above and beyond! Their breakfast was incredible - we were there for 3 day's and the breakfast on all days were different and delicious. They also offer a shuttle service within a 6 KM radius throughout the day to take you to places you want to go. Certainly recommend the stay and if I do visit again - I will be back here!

The good. Very happy with our stay room 433. The staff was friendly, bedding, bathroom and room were clean. No insects. The pillows were soft and comfy. Breakfast was great especially the two men taking care of it (Martin & ?). The water temp was warm not hot. The not great the beds are hard, like no cushion or movement. The room floor was a bit dusty. We would stay there again.

Stayed here and reception was very helpful and welcoming. Free breakfast for early risers. My now boyfriend, made a cute proposal.

Friendly and mostly English-speaking staff. Great beds and showers. Very clean rooms. Nice little bar and excellent food until 10 or so. Good location surrounded by many upscale restaurants. Airport shuttle to but not from airport. Cheap $35 peso ride from the airport. Worth the slightly higher cost than other hotels in the vicinity.

Fast check inn. clean and quiet our family had no issues we also enjoyed the pool. the gym is basic some treadmills and some dumbbells. breakfast was real good 👍🏾 server Martin was very courteous. Great job will definitely return

Excellent Hotel with great customer service. Clean and conveniently located near the US - Mexico border, the Tijuana airport, and many great restaurants. Highly recommended. Tacos Los Chinos is within walking distance and is one of the best taco restaurants in the world.

Outstanding "free breakfast" and the service from Martin kdriver bellhop) and our waiter (don't remember his name) was above and beyond expectations. It was quiet despite being at end of runway.

1st experience was not good at all. Decided to give try them again and what a change on the customer service all around the staff,

Great customer service and friendly staff. We stayed over the weekend and the service was exceptional. The hotel is located near shopping centers and many tourist attractions are also near the hotel. There's also not a lot traffic where the hotel is situated which is a plus. Family friendly, great customer service, friendly staff, and clean rooms. Even though it's near the airport you can't hear the airplanes which is also another plus.

Great place to stay great people (staff) great facility, free parking. Next to everything you need, food, drinks 7 eleven, airport and border. They also provide shuttle.

Just great place been going here with my teams since year they opened.
