I tried to buy my phone online however I was told I had to go into the store and I'm glad I did because the customer service experience added extra value. The teamwork they displayed came across very natural. I thought I wouldn't be able to get the phone I wanted so I was about to leave I was offered another phone (which I appreciated because he didn't have to offer) through teamwork they came up with a way to help me get the phone I wanted😁 . Great people with appropriate and professional sense of humor. I also like that they offered products and services that could benefit me in the future and they weren't pushy. I felt like they genuinely wanted to help me get the most out of their service. Thank you!

I received my replacement phone, but the Sim card didn't fit. I was told that I had to drive to an actual store to complete the process. I went to the Missouri City location and Gabby had me up in running in record time!

Basma was an incredible rep. She has the answer to all the questions and she's super patient and understanding. I needed help with one of my devices and she really went above and beyond. If you need to open up a new line, she really knows what she's doing and has all the facts.

Erica and Felix B are both seriously awesome. They were a breath of fresh air after I was turned away from another store. They helped me to order a new phone and helped me set everything up. They both answered all questions I had, they were extremely understanding and patient with me. I will definitely be going back. (Give them both a raise 😌)

Bobby was very helpful when me and my wife came in to upgrade our phones. He was kind, polite and fast and efficient. The surrounding staff were helpful to us as well when we had questions. Only thing I’d ask for is more seating in the store other than that it was a very pleasant experience.

Phone wasn't working to its best ability, came in thinking I would need a new phone due to a malicious app. Antony and JR helped me resolve all my issues and went above and beyond and I left very satisfied and confident about my device. Come and see Antony or JR for the best service possible.

Nikki was an excellent representative of your company. I have been a customer for several years and I must admit the superb knowledge and authentic expression of attentiveness given to me while experiencing unexpected failures of my device gave me comfort in knowing that she was here to help. Nikki welcomes me with a bright smile and made sure I was informed about features that I had no awareness of how to navigate on my device. Although, I was not able to make my purchase on today due to needing to perform a much needed backup to phone, she assured me that she would be here to assist me on my return. Nikki is a great asset to your company and if anyone reading this is in the position to personally contact her, please do so with kind regards on her more than deserving review of praise. It’s times such as this that individuals like Nikki are needed! Give that young lady a promotion, I feel it is warranted.

They have excellent customer service here! I came in ready to switch from "Team Android" to the other side and Jesse took very good care of me. He was very knowledgeable about the devices, plans, and even helped me save a few dollars on my bill. I'd definitely recommend this location to my friends and family members!
