The Home Depot

I was in the Missouri City location on Hwy 6 this morning. I am working on a project converting a wardrobe into a pantry. Kevin was the guy that assisted me and was extremely helpful, and patient. I needed wood cut and he was spot on with the cuts, although I obviously have an issue with measurements cuz I was almost a full inch off, so I had to take the boards back and have them trimmed to fit. Kevin was right there ready to help. I wish there was some way to post a picture of my project because the shelves fit perfectly and I’m so happy with the results. I very seldom leave reviews but I have to say, I was very pleased with the help I received this morning. 5 stars Kevin!!! You’re a gem!!

The Missouri City manager (Donnie) was very nice and accommodating. I give most of the associates in this store an A for customer service.

I absolutely must highlight Terry, Shayla whom were not expecting me but they took the time to walk me through the flooring department and everything! I had the pleasure of learning a great deal about the Home Depot and I look forward to continuing to work with them on updating my own home starting with getting rid of my hide as bent metal blinds and replace with Rockwood poly Shutters manufactured right here in Houston, TX!!!

The customer service was excellent. Had help finding just the one item I travelled to buy. Highly recommended for specialty and regular hardware items and good prices!

They are so helpful and kind here a little bit busy but hey it's a hardware store. Whenever I need help it's always right there

I’m a frequent customer at Home Depot and every time I’m at this location in particular Nicole is always so helpful at the service desk. She’s always in a positive mood and curious as to how my day is going. Her kindness definitely goes a long way!

I love going to the Home Depot. The prices are very good, and I always find additional items. The quality of the products are great. Team at this store is always professional. Thanks to the check out associate that helped me with my phone scan to get my military discount. Outstanding employees all around.

No other substitute for HOME DEPOT. To build, to maintain a home, Home Depot is the best place for materials. From land scape to house warming, selection of materials is the main headache where Home Depot is the solution.

I really love this Home Depot. Today we got a lot of mulch on sale on half price for our front yard. They really have a lot of variety of things to purchase. Good convenient location. Easy parking.

Marvin in plumbing was amazing! Super knowledgeable and helped us find everything we needed. Made our project so much easier and our shopping trip quick. He deserves a raise for sure!!!!

I have gone full Ryobi

My husband needed a hot water tank and immediately went to Home Depot. He went to the Hill Croft location first which immediately lead him to the Missouri City location. He walked in went to the hot water tank area found the one he was looking for on the floor. An employee helped him put it on the cart. He paid for it and another employee helped him put it in the car. No questions asked. It took him less than 30 minutes, whereas the Hill Croft location he was still standing there for 30 minutes waiting for someone to assist him per the manager was sending someone. Way to go Missouri City Home Depot for your customer service.

MAN I WAS DOWN ON MY LAST LEG AND ALMOST GAVE UP IT WAS ALMOST CLSOING ONE GUY … Kevin Garcia stopped what he was doing got off his machine went to the loading area and went got what I needed that’s top tier customer service just thought I’d share that with you guys to recognize him

I don't have any post pictures of Home Depot but ever since far as back as I can remember this was my best place to shop for everything at times they're a little bit expensive but I would rather shop here then other leading places for lawn mowers or for barbecue pits I mean these people got from Soup To Nuts anything you need they have and if you can't find it there is always people there that will go out of their way to help you I have been in four different states with the past year and a half and Home Depot is always been my pride and joy to shop to for gardening to indoor the housing kitchen appliances they got everything you can even buy boxes paper boxes some are corrugated boxes and some are just simple boxes but they sell them there you don't have to go to U-Haul and pay an arm and a leg LOL

The employees here are super NICE especially the people at the tool rental and garden. The tool rental guy helped me load and unload heavy equipment. He treated me like a friend because this is beyond his job. I also ordered thousands of paver bricks but my vehicle couldn't take them all at once. Garden guys offered me different advice and helped me sort it out by splitting them into different pallets. I was talking about THOUSANDS of bricks. Great Great appreciation to them. Definitely will shop at this store AGAIN!
