AT&T Store

Went in to see how much my iPhone trade would be for a new iPhone 15. Tina, the store manager, not only got me a FREE phone with my trade in through credits, but was able to get my entire family of 3 moved over and saved me from almost $150 a month. I was paying almost $350 with my old plan. Go with someone who knows what they're doing and not just helping themselves on commission. Tina knows what she's doing! Highly recommend seeing her!

Steve was such a helpful rep switching my family from T-Mobile to AT&T. He helped me with a military discount and would highly recommend to go see him in person.

My phone recently broke and I needed to get more information to fix it. The store employee where very nice and even though they could not resolve my issue they pointed me to where I could get it fixed.

People helped my with my phone.

The rep was very helpful in helping me pick an Apple watch. Upon arriving home, I looked at my bill and see that I have two watches on my account, when I only paid for one, and she added insurance without informing me! I can’t understand how she managed to do this, but I assume it was because she wasn’t paying attention. Luckily, I called AT&T customer service and they were able to remove the extra line and insurance that she added.
