This place is so respectful and cares so much about the customers. I requested a specific taste for my vape juice and I ended up not liking it so (by no fault of their own.) I went back a week later and asked them to add a taste that I didn't like it much. Not only did they fix it for free... The gentleman that was working there on that Sunday not long before they were to close, made a brand new fresh mix for me. It turned out perfectly. They are all about their customers and do everything to make sure they are satisfied. I will now never go anywhere else. Thank you for the amazing customer service!!

Hands down the best customer service of any establishment I’ve been to. The manager, Matt is always super helpful and friendly. No matter what I’m looking for or whatever problem I’m having with my vapes he is always happy to help us and educate us about different styles of vapes, mods, RDA’s, builds etc. Carrie is equally amazing and always smiling when you walk in the door. I will forever be a loyal customer to this location. 5 stars for sure!

The best vape shop around. The staff is always so helpful & friendly. anytime something happens to one of my vapes or they don't have a piece in that I need, they always worked out something for me! This place is awesome! The staff is awesome and it’s a place I can chill! They always can answer my questions even though I am a newbie at vaping and I actually am proud I quit cigarettes because of them.

Cool staff and great athmosphere. Owner knows what he is talking about and great advice from him regarding from starter kit as a novice to fluids for the tank at hand. Great prices and military frienly as the owner is a vet himself. Higly recommend to anyone seeking accessories to starting to vape in general. Support local bussiness so check them out!

Love it here employees are nice and always helpful I've been going here for years and they always treat all their customers kindly and help them as soon as they get in the door and and are always willing to direct people new to vaping to something that is easy to use and confortable to them

I've tried all the Vape shops in Havelock and always have some trouble with selection or availability of products, but not here. There selection is vast, and supplies seems to always be stocked. The owner is very knowledgeable, but not in a smug 'I'm better than you for knowing all that is vaping' sort of way. I would, and have, recommend MadVapes to anyone! Keep up the good work!

Stopped in last night my coil burnt out and the guy working was so awesome...He changed it for me and filled it with his juice cause I had forgotten mine..AGAIN THANKS U SAVED ME!!
