I went in to check out what's new and spoke to Sydney who asked if I was looking for anything in particular. I told her no but we talked for awhile about all the new items and I remembered the guardians of the galaxy arrow replica and she said she had just gotten one in. Her grasp of all her inventory was dope and I wound up spending way more but I was happy to do it. Gamestop needs to give her a raise ASAP. She was phenomenal!!!!

Excellent service as usual. Welcomed when I entered the store, associates are helpful and knowledgeable when I couldn’t find something or ask on a game. On my visit today, Ike was awesome. Overall positive person, I enjoyed his happiness towards being there. Which he did say it’s a great place to work . Scored me 2 shirts and a free one for my husband. Looking forward to coming back

Generally have a good selection of anime shirts and sometimes they keep gaming pc keyboards and devices on hand and pc gaming chairs

Employees are always friendly and customer service is great. They can point you in the right direction or make suggestions when your trying to find a gift for a gamer in the family. They also make sure to mention all items that have been reduced in case you may have interest in any of them. The store is small so if you can't find it at that location they will locate a game stop close by that may have what you need.

Jake who works here is one of the greatest GameStop employees I've ever encountered. The service is great and the atmospheric is very inviting. Thank you Jake, you're the man.

This visit to Game Stop was the best. Excellent customer service. You would have thought this guy was a Game Stop owner. He explained everything! He made me feel like I belonged. He even encouraged me to stop by other Game Stops.

Went to Game Stop to order a special edition Nintendo Switch I couldn't find on the net and this store hooked me up. Found all of what I needed for my little girls birthday and had it shipped to my house in less than a week. Thanks Havelock Game Stop for helping someone that had no clue.

I was buying a system as a surprise for my husband and don't have much knowledge of gaming in general. Jake answered my questions and made sure I knew 1 of the games I selected required internet which was a good thing since I can't get internet at my address.

This Gamestop location has always been very helpful. If for some reason they do not have the item you are looking for they are quick to search the other stores in the area. They are friendly and polite. They also try to help you save money by recommending pre-owned items if available and tell you about coupons and deals available.

We went in today and traded some things in. The staff made my sons day today! It's the little things that count! Wonderful staff members! Very nice!

Turned to game stop for help with deciding what Nintendo switch to buy my son for his birthday and was blown away by the knowledge and professionalism by Ike its very refreshing to find people with passion for what they do would highly recommend talking to him for all your gaming needs
