The store owner Randy is probably the best UPS store owner I've ran into 🏬

1. The shop was spotless, the new redesign opened up the place 💯

2. He walked me through the notary process in like 13 minutes and explained it very nicely to someone who doesn't understand it 🤝

3. Thank you sir, customer service isn't dead 🙌

All the reviews are accurate, the store is clean. Staff is great, made the entire experience just AMAZING, in and out in only 2 minutes, the staff ( I am sorry not to get her name) is caring, and made the shipping hassle-free. Went above and beyond in her services. Awesome. Trust me I spend more time typing up this review than my shipping process.

The people at the Santa Ana Canyon Store in Anaheim Hills are the best ever! They are friendly. They are efficient. They are knowledgeable. I have used them for many services, I highly recommend them.

Best customer service here! Would recommend doing all your delivery/mailing services here if you are around the area, and/or live in the area.

I needed to mail an important document to Australia urgently and Randy was so patient and kind to provide me with the various cost efficient delivery options. When we soon realized that our options were limited due to the PO Box address, Randy was honest and provided the best available option. He also took his time to address any of my concerns, and helped took my visa photos despite customers coming in and out.

Staff is friendly, and the place is super clean.

I recently liquidated a large collectible card collection and have visited several times with dozens of small valuable packages to ship. I have never had to ship so many things so often.

The staff (especially Randy) at this location have been extremely patient with me and helped me find a great way to package everything, shared ways to save me a ton of money using different shipping services based on the location of the recipient, and did it all very quickly.

I strongly recommend this location!

Dropped off a 70lb prepaid UPS shipment at this store yesterday. First time in the place. The manager and his staff were so helpful and friendly! Since it was a prepaid shipment and incredibly heavy and bulky, I figured, “What’s in it for them?” I sometimes ship other prepaid UPS pkgs for work and I’ve not always experienced the friendliest customer service at other locations, but the people here were great! Definitely my new go-to UPS store!

A brand new UPS store here! Spacious and much better-lit than some of the other locations. Stopped by just to print some stuff and staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. So glad to finally have such a nice UPS store closer to me and will def be coming here for all my shipping needs.

I really enjoyed coming in here today, it was a breath of fresh air to return an Amazon purchase. I am happy we have a UPS Store on this side of Santa Ana Canyon Road!

Randy went out of his way to help me when my son left his phone in a rental car when I was visiting California. Randy was so understanding and I can never thank him enough. I wish that everyone could be like him.
