Sales clerk was very helpful, regarding figuring out appropriate sizing etc. Also ordered items not in stock to be mailed to my home!

Was in a hurry and the sales team immediately noticed I needed help. She helped me fund what I was looking for and I was in and out of there in less than 10. Excellent customer service.

Vanessa and Aisjia were amazing. Our son will be attending Holy Family Catholic School starting this August. We found everything we needed for our sons uniforms requirements. Aisjia gifted our two boys some goodies for being well behaved while waiting in line. All the other staff was friendly and helpful as well. Great experience overall.

Eric was very helpful, and even went to the back to see if what I needed had not been put out yet. It was a very efficient outing

I have bought uniforms before but buying at Dennis was really great! They were so helpful and attentive when we needed a different size or help locating an item. I'm impressed with the quality of the fabric and how nicely the clothing fits my daughter. I'm really impressed that you can return uniforms in a 90 day window that haven't been worn! That's very nice!

I shopped here for the first time recently and it was an overwhelming experience, but the staff made it so much better!

As you walk in, there's a bin with uniform lists for each school. I picked up the list and started shopping. Wayfinding signs were helpful, although I felt I was bouncing back and forth throughout the store. The overwhelming part came from my not reading the list carefully enough, not understanding the numbering system on the list and the uniform items. It didn't help that once I found the right section of the store, the size I needed wasn't available.

There were staff walking around helping parents find what they needed. The store was clean, bright, well organized, even though the racks and wall of clothing were very high and towering. The young man who rang us up was super helpful. He sensed my stress/anxiety and took over making sure we had the right items, helped order pieces in the sizes we needed. His helpful demeanor out me at ease and I left happy.

First time here and the sales associate was very helpful, they had a variety of everything I needed. There were a couple sizes the store did not have but they were able to to order it and ship it for free. Great experience overall.

Catherine or Kathleen (I couldn’t remember) was amazing! From the moment I walk into the Yorba Linda store location, I was immediately greeted by this sweet young lady and I was asked if I needed any assistance. Being it was my first time at a Dennis Uniform store, I needed assistance with finding the required uniforms for my son, so I asked her for assistance. She walked me over to each designated area of my sons school uniforms and assisted me the entire time!

Her kindness and patience floored me! Her willingness to assist me and to ensure I had my order correct felt that I had value as a customer. She could have greeted me and “let me figure out” the overwhelming isles of the uniforms of various schools, but she did not. I needed to order the product ta that were not available inside the store and she assisted me from start to finish! She explained everything in detail!

There should be more like her out there in the world. She deserves a promotion and raise if I may say! You don’t find quality like her out there easily! Thank you for assisting me and for helping me during my store and online purchase. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service!

Great customer service and the quality of the uniforms are outstanding! I spent almost two hours at the store getting uniforms for my daughter. All the employees were very helpful and accommodating. I wish all stores had this level of customer support. We found everything we needed and placed an online order for the items that were not available at the store. Thank you!

My experience at Dennis uniform has always been a good one! Since day one (when I walked in only a week before school starting and was in frantic mode trying to get everything for my kindergartner), the staff has always been incredibly helpful. One of their staff members in particular, Aisja, has always been a gem in helping me find what I need. She, from the start, offered me some kind and encouraging words when I was very stressed about my daughter’s last minute school change from public to private. She’s also always made it a point to ask how my daughter is doing in school every time I shop there. It’s simple courtesies like this that go a long way! My visits to Dennis uniform are always pleasant and I look forward to continue using them for my daughter’s school uniform needs!

First time buyer over here and all I can say is wow. I’ve never had so many people offer to help me in such little time. 3 different associates offered to help me navigate the store and find the clothing needed. Unfortunately the size I needed was out of stock but Aisja went of her way to help me place an order online. She walked me through the website. Really appreciate her kindness.

The employees were so helpful and knowledgeable! My daughter is starting Kinder in the Fall so I had to get her set up with a whole uniform set and they made it super easy to find all the pieces we needed and helped with sizes. They definitely made what could have been a confusing and overwhelming situation very smooth and easy.

This place is a madhouse of parents trying to find the finest threads for their little ones. All self respecting schools have hang their hats here. Reserve at least two hours and my suggestions is that you have a family member queue up in that checkout line during peak seasons (a month before school at the least).

Get their soon or you will be relegated to online ordering.

The agent was helpful, friendly and patient . She wears a big smile and has a wealth of knowledge regarding the clothing items as well as on line ordering and the different materials used for the new line of pants and shorts. I truly appreciate her outstanding customer service . We received our clothing within 7-10 business days as expected .

Had it not been for Aiysia’s friendly and helpful service, our experience would’ve taken two hours longer. She was so knowledgeable about the uniforms, knew what ran big and what ran small (and made it a point to tell my daughter when things ran small, which we appreciated the heads up on), weighed in with her expertise, and on top of it displayed the kindest energy. Thank you for making our trip to Dennis so effortless!

Wow! The had our school even though it was more than 40 miles away. The place is very well organized and kept clean. The quality of their clothing is top notch. I highly recommend the performance type, it fits nicer and looks great! The staff here is so wonderful and helpful so don't let the cost of the items deter you, it comes with the private school territory. Come on down and check it out. GOD Bless!!

Aisja and Kathryn we're very helpful, even though we didn't purchase our children's uniforms at there location, they still assisted us with finding the sizes and were very sweet to our children. Thank you again Aisja and kathryn

I am so impressed by the patience and problem solving I experienced during my visit. Due to shipping constraints in this current pandemic world -the stock was low and the delay would have been too long for us to wait. Kaitlyn and Nancy went out of their way to work with us and create a solution for both my girls. I am grateful and very happy with the experience.

Outstanding customer service! I needed a specific size in a pair of P.E. shorts that were not out on the sales floor and a young man went into the back and found them for me, quickly I might add. He then took them back and quickly put the school logo onto them. It took him all of maybe 5 minutes to help me get what I needed. I was very appreciative of how quick and efficient he was.

Excellent and friendly customer service and quality products! We made an appointment online (chat was very helpful), and just want to say thank you so much for your one on one help once we got to the store. The kids look great and everyone is in the right sizes! (Our kids are a bit on the slim side, so regular sizes are okay, but get huskier sizes for fuller waists). We definitely recommend the Yorba Linda store!
