AT&T Store

This store has great inventory and excellent customer service. Brandon, Gary and the rest of the staff were very helpful and friendly. Gary took a lot of time to restore my settings on my new phone. I'm grateful for all he and his colleagues did for me!

Maria went above and beyond and helped me with everything I needed. The process was simple and seamless! It was the best experience I have ever had as a 20 year AT & T customer. I would give her 10 stars if I could!!!

The girl that helped me was absolutely amazing. I couldn't have asked for better service. She welcomed me in the second I walked in the door. She even helped with our monthly payment. Would recommend her 10/10.

I had a wonderful experience with the store associate named Mike. He was very patient and kind. He helped me with my SIM card issues and helped me with my restore process for my phone. He provided tips for my phone settings. I appreciate all of his help and I highly recommend him!

Michael was very helpful finding a new phone for me, and transferring my data

This was easily the best phone purchasing experience I have ever had. There were 2 people ahead of me and I did not have to wait too long. The store employees were very welcoming. I walked out with a new phone and all my data transferred in about 40 min. I worked with a man named Mike who was great very knowledgeable and took the time to work with me to get pictures of my newborn daughter off of an extremely damaged phone. He was also able to help 2 other customers without me feeling neglected in the mean time, thanks Mike. Highly recommend this store.

Would like to thank Mike, Marvin & Rubin. All 3 men were beyond pleasant & helpful. I had been to two other At& T stores where I did I’ll say they were useless. Just wanted to sell me a new phone , said mine was broke.,I will bnecmer go anywhere else. Rubin fixed my phone In 2 minutes. Marvin did the same. Mike show d me what to do if happens again. I had an atrocious experience with AT&T customer service over the phone (2 days, 6 hours, NO results). I came to this store and was assisted by a kind, compassionate, and professional representative named Ruben Rodriguez. He took his time to call customer service for me and try to solve my problem. While we were not able to get to the root of the issue, Ruben tried his hardest and went above and beyond. I heard him working with other customers as well and he deserves accolades. While I am not happy with the service I received from AT&T, I am thrilled with the service I received from Ruben!!

Went to this store to buy a new iPhone for my kids birthday and I was helped by Nicole Hom, she made my interaction super easy and smooth. I am so glad I didn’t do it online. She was super friendly & knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and helped setting up the phone. Now a days you almost never have a good experience at the store but here I felt like I came to my friends house to hang out. Absolutely loved her!

The team at this location was awesome. They got me in and out in minutes flat, seemingly answering every question before I could even ask it myself. Everyone was incredibly personable and helpful with every interaction. this will be the store I return to if I ever need anything!

Nicole H. brought me over from t-mobile. I was initially going to go with the Verizon, but her level of service blew their rep away. I was up and running with the phone I wanted, at the price I wanted, and out the door in 2 hours. She's excellent and I will refer people to her because she is that good.

Went in today to discuss problems I was having with my Android phone. Susan was friendly, professional and knowledgeable in helping me troubleshoot my phone. I am very satisfied with her recommendations, and very grateful for her honesty, as she did not pressure me to simply ditch my phone so she could sell me a new one.

The Massapequa ATAnd T store is a corporate location. The advice of how to make a return and then purchase 2 new phones was a total run around and false information from the phone agents. Then comes Jason in Massapequa with the right knowledge AND the right commitment to help me with the other misinformation offered me. His demeanor and willingness to help a frustrated customer of many years deserves this compliment!I! I will only return to the Massapequa location for any mobile needs I may ever have.

I have come to this store many times now to get phones/plans for myself and my family. The professionalism of the employees and the store manager are beyond anything I would expect from a phone and network provider. Even though this is not the closest store from my home location, I still prefer to come to this store as I appreciate the customer service they provide. They have also taken great measures to keep everyone safe during COVID which is a big plus.

What an AMAZING crew here! Mario took his time and was super patient with my crazy complicated situation. We talked our way through the mess and I went home more than satisfied. I will gladly recommend the staff here. Thanks Mario, and thanks to his team for getting us through!

I just got finished changing my AT&T plan from a post-pay plan to a pre-pay plan. Susan Mielke spent over two hours working with me to change it over. It was a tedious process but with her help it went very smoothly. I truly appreciate her patience especially when I was sent away from another AT&T store and told to do it on my own. Thank you so much Susan. She truly went above and beyond for me.
