Harbor Freight Tools

Well ... Who doesn't love harbor freight ??? I always have fun checking out the tools.

Staff is very friendly and helpful! Tools are good quality for the price.

We all know harbor freight is for odd ball cheap tools you only need to use once or twice. But the employees here know more about their own inventory than a pro shop would know about theirs. If they can't find whatever you're looking for, they'll get someone who does within 3 seconds. This happened to me 3 times in one visit. The guys and gals who work here are top notch, at a level of customer service no longer seen in today's world. Even if you go in and can't find what you're looking for, they will tell you exactly where to find it in a 50 mile radius. Can't recommend or praise them enough.

Like that my home town has a Harbor freight. Please check YouTube before buying a pricier item there. There are good tools for someone like me who tinkers. The employees have always been friendly. Also, not every item the sell is on a shelf so don't be afraid to ask. I bought a live animal trap there, the employee went to the back to get it for me as it is never displayed in the showroom.

Great place to get tools that you need to do the job. This store has a great variety of items as well. I most visit when doing a project.

Customer service/cashier Sarah has helped me a couple of times. She is always smiling, ready to assist and knowledgeable. I haven't had my purchased items long enough to review but I'm impressed with the level of customer service.

Easy to find, easy access, plenty of parking. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable personnel. Nice selection but limited by the size of the store which is a bit on the small side. I highly recommend you give this place a visit if you are in the Yelm area!

I don't know much about TOOLS, however I do know something about customer service. Chris the store manager was very prompt to ask me if I needed help finding something. (I'm sure I looked very lost) He was very thorough.

The staff here is super friendly and very knowledgeable. Not to mention, this place is perfectly organized and clean. Not often enough do people write reviews for good experiences, but this team and location definitely made my day much easier. Thank you!

Just don't buy the Chicago electric brand and it will be great. Also exchanges any broken tools if you buy the warranty.
