Pizza Hut

The pizza was fine, but I am absolutely DISGUSTED with how this heavy set lady treated her fellow employee, an innocent young man with Down Syndrome. I was standing at the counter waiting for someone to help me, and the only employee to notice me was the man with special needs. He went and grabbed his boss (I’m assuming his boss) and her response almost got me locked up today! She quote on quote said “I have my own eyes ok!) I held my composure because I didn’t want the young man to feel uncomfortable or worked up. I’m leaving a 5 star review because I have a ton of respect for the owner of this establishment giving people with special needs a chance. Props to you Mr/mrs, you you are an amazing person! You need do need to make a drastic change in your staff though TODAY! My heart is breaking for this poor young man. Nobody should be bullied, especially someone with special needs. If nothing is done about this, I’m hitting social media and I’m hitting it hard. If you are owner please reach out to me asap. I am irate

I got a personal pizza and got full before I even finished, the cheesy breadstix were badass, and my boyfriend had one slice from a large pizza and couldn't eat anymore it was absolutely worth it for the food alone in my opinion the best pizza hut in Washington by far. 100% would eat here again.

My order is always ready when I get there to pick it up and it is always correct. Staff is very friendly. I highly recommend this Pizza Hut.

I've loved Pizza Hut forever! During the flu lock down the pizza seemed to lack the great tasting pizza. NOW, yummy Pizza Hut is back on track! Friendly, affordable

Used the APP to place my order. Arrived to pay and pick up my pizza, which was ready at the time noted on the APP. Wonderful customer service. The person who assisted me was able to apply a coupon to my order, which made my experience with Puzza Hut rewarding. Keep up the great work PIZZA HUT TEAM

Stopped at the local pizza hut or was 12 minutes to closing and we actually thinking they were going to tell us that they were closed. But Jackson and Max took it order and had it ready in no time. It's hard enough to find people to even come to work these days let alone people that come to work and actually provide good customer service. Great job guys.

Our order was running late, so the manager was nice enough to give us a credit to our account to make up for it! Food was great as usual. 😊

The staff, restaurant, and food are great. The restaurant is clean. The staff is nice , friendly and helpful. I haven't eaten at pizza hut for years and this place in yelm alone changed my mind.

This pizza hut has gone absolutely above and beyond for me, and now have delivered the absolute PERFECT pizzas. a quick back story, the first time ordering i had issues with my card, i tried various different things and my card simply wouldnt take. i spoke to someone on the phone and they gave me my whole order for free.

Secondly, this last order i ordered 2 pizzas and some chicken, and i must say, these 2 pizzas were absolute perfect. golden crisp crust but not overcooked where they are hard and crunchy. The amount of marinara sauce was spot on perfect where it wasnt overdone and floppy/greasy. i just simply couldnt be happier with the way they did these 2 pizzas.

I think i will start ordering from pizzahut from here on out. as an avid dominos customer for the last 10 years i think they have fallen behind. their pizzas are always greasy, too much marinara sauce. undercooked DOUGHY crust etc.

Generally has good deals, and offers free pizzas for ordering through the app. It's really convenient.

Just picked up another big box for a quick eat with the family during the usual busy week for us. As always, every time we order, it's ready for pick up in less than 15 min and the food is always on point 👌🔥 and the deals are always great. Thank you!

I ordered in person because I was using a free coupon. They didn't give me any hassle. My pizza was ready in about 10 minutes! The inside was clean. The parking lot here is very busy and full most of the time because its shared with other businesses. Will go back again.

Had a really great experience at Pizza hut the other night, our Waiter was so nice, he made sure everything on our order was right. He has such a great way with his customers. A real genuine guy, so very patient. Our visit was 8-14. I can't remember his name not good with names. But wanted to thank him, we will be back!!

Really good pizza, highly recommended if you want to just hang out with friends and are in the mood for pizza or are just hungry. The booth seats are super comfortable. Although they are usually quite busy they usually have an few extra tables or booths open, but if you want to have a guaranteed spot reservations are highly recommended.

I had a little mishap with my order and called in and talked to Kevin L. Explained what happened with everything and he took care of everything. Gave me multiple options on how to resolve the issue. He was very professional and definitely you can tell he cares about his job. Thank you for helping me out and the food there is really great. Pizza Hut is definitely a great place.

The pizza was good... The people were friendly... The restaurant had a nice ambiance... Their soda machine was not working, and the bathrooms needed some attention though.

My Yelm Pizza Hut is amazing. Great service, great food, even with all the shortages around town. I have not had any issues ordering here. Keep up the great work.

I love how convenient this place is. It's on my route home so I stop in when I don't want to cook. I love there boneless wings. Vary polite staff. Doing everything to keep the price low by offering deals and making great suggestions.
